IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ACCESSING THE MUSEUMS!!! - Maximum 35 participants who has booked in advance at the secretary desk - The scheduled time must be strictly observed: latecomers risk to not access free the museums; - The meeting point is outside the entrance of the each museum (there will be a member of our staff waiting for you with a Life Beyond Tourism folder with the congress name) - Please mind that free entries don't include any kind of reservation: the groups will follow the queue for accessing the museums all together - There's no possibility to take the tickets and enter the museums individually in a different hour/day than indicated above 8
