Introduction Wing Fung Bullion online Smartphone program is a dealing program specifically designed for smart phone trader in which instant dealing quote, real-time chart, latest account balance, 7 days trade record, immediate order placing and real-time statement are provided. 2. 7 3.2 LOGIN 1) Enter Login ID 2) Enter Password 3) Then tap OK 4) Access to Disclaimer page 5) Customers are requested to confirm whether or not to accept the Disclaimer and Terms Customer have to accept the Disclaimer before allowing continues. If customer falls to accept the disclaimer, the system will exit automatically. 8 Zoom In Page Information All pages can be zoomed in after logging in. Customer may tap at the bottom of right hand corner to activate,tap - / + to adjust the page size. 9 3.3 MENU Tap Menu at the top of left hand corner, system menu appears. There are 10 items in the Menu, to wit: 1) Quote - For real-time dealing quote and dealing 2) Account Balance - For inquiry of latest account balance and its equity 3) Open Position Listing - For inquiry of real-time open position and to process liquidation of such position. 4) Pending Order Listing - For inquiry of deal record of this login period and order placing status 5) Message - Latest message from our company to each customer 6) Chart - Chart analysis for various trade products 7) Settings - Optional for displaying product shortcut dealing setting Info display setting and Password setting 8) Deal & Order Query - For inquiry of order placing and dealing records in 7 days period 9) Statement - Inquiry and viewing day week monthly statement 10) Logout - logout the system Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 9

10 3.4 QUOTE DEALING QUOTE Customer may tap the quote prices of this page to make dealing. Quote price on the left is for customer selling, on the right is for customer buying PRICE FLASHES and its COLOR Back color of quote price flashed in green represents price going up compared with the last quoting, while in red represents price going down to last quoting. TIME and HIGH/LOW Right below the product name is the latest updated time of new price quote, while on the right side of timer is the highest bid and lowest bid for the trading day. NEW ORDER DEFAULT LOT When customer has turned on one touch trade button, new order default lot selection appears right at the bottom of this quote page screen. Tap the small box and set lot size, the system will automatically set it as default lot when having a new deal next time. CLOSE ORDER DEFAULT LOT Close order default lot setting is optional close quantity follows new order default lot or close quantity follows sum of new orders Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 10

11 3.5 ACCOUNT BALANCE Account Balance Table below narrates following information:account Title Currency Balance Equity Margin Requirement Usable Margin Floating P/L and Equity/Margin Ratio. Account Number Customer Name Account Balance Floating P/L Equity Margin requirement Usable Margin Margin Ratio Remark Serial number is assigned by company to customer for his trading account. Customer s name is registered for his trading account A latest cash value as floating profit and loss is not included. This balance is constantly updated. This is a mark-to-market value of entire open position. This value is updated realtime. This is a net asset value of the trading account. It is the sum of account balance and floating profit and loss. An amount that is required to hold number of open positions. A net value that equity subtracts margin requirement. If equity is greater than margin requirement, the excess can be applied to build up additional open position. This ratio reflects net equity in term of percentage (%) i.e. equity over margin requirement (the higher the safer). A special reminder for account status Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 11

12 3.6 OPEN POSITION LISTING Open Position All open positions are sorted out in order according to product name in the list Contract Detail Tap contract in the open position listing for open contract detail. In addition, customer can opt to liquidate such contract by tapping Liquidation for market order or tapping Pending Order for limit/stop order. Tap Return to go back to previous page or system menu Open Position Listing Open Contract Detail Multi-contracts liquidation Select possible open position to liquidate. Make sure boxes at the right side of open positions have been ticked off. 13 3.7 PENDING ORDER LISTING Pending Order Pending Order Listing displays all deals after customer s login, which may include executed order, added order, cancelled order and any effective but pending to activate order placing record. Tap Executed in Pending Order Listing to get executed order detail. Tap Pending to get an effective pending order detail. Customer may amend pending order price or cancel the order here. 14 3.8 MESSAGE AND CHART Message Company will use this function to communicate with customers by sending general message and special announcement. For example, daily interest rate of Hong Kong Gold Market, arrangement of public holiday, adjustment of trade margin and etc. Chart In chart display, customer can choose kind of product, time frame frequency, chart type, technical indicator and background color Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 14

15 3.9 SETTINGS Settings In this setting, customer can set up product selection, one touch trade function (shortcut for fast execution), dealing quote page time out, related product information (product info) or change login password (change password Customer has options to display which product in this quote page, however, London Gold is compulsory and must be the first priority displaying in line. For other product customer can tap to open or shut down the display. this button Customer can also tap this button to decide if one touch trade function would be in use. If one touch trade function is in use, customer can preset a new lot size for new order default lot or close order default lot which is located at the bottom of the quote page screen. If this setting is done, simply tap at the product quote, new order will be dealt in accordance with preset lot size. No further pop-up confirmation is required and this deal will be directly sent. Meanwhile, the lot size is also self-adjusted according to new setting during liquidation. Again, no further acknowledgement is required when instruction is being sent. Product Info has 3 selections high/ low of customer sell price, previous price and its price different, and product s overnight interest rate. The default is high/low of customer sell price. Once selection is tapped the mark appears right on top of such selection accordingly. Enter old password and follow by new password. Enter new password again to reconfirm. 17 3.10 DEAL & ORDER QUERY Deal & Order Query From this page, customer can review 7 days deal and its order placing history records. He can also review the outcome of any particular product and its status accordingly. Choose the desired information to review at the Deal & Order Query page. Tap Submit The result will be displayed on page. Tap Search for next inquiry and tap Return to go back to Quote page STATEMENT, EXIT & ZOOM IN Statement Customer may preview statement real time or any particular period of time daily, weekly or monthly. The system default date of statement is set as today. In case of retrieving weekly statement or monthly statement, customer should tap Week or Month and enter the specified starting date in the field of From. 19 4. DEALING 4.1 SHORCUT MODE SETTING FOR DEFAULT TRADE LOT If fast execution is in need, the one touch trade button must be turned on at settings (Shortcut mode for fast execution). Move finger down to the bottom of Quote page. Tap New Order Default Lot, an input page appears. Set lot size and tap OK As for the Close Order Default Lot:- Close quantity follows sum of new orders = Preset lot size for liquidation according to total of open positions held, or Close quantity follows new orders default lot = Preset lot size for liquidation according to new orders (Remark: If the lot size of total open position is smaller than the preset lot size of liquidation, the system will follow lot size of open positions free from stop-loss and limit order setting which is smaller. Customer can tap Lot to enter lot size or choose which would be a liquidated open position, however, the lot size of liquidation order should not greater than total number of open position.) Double tap the market product and order dealing page appears. Tap Market Order for immediate execution or tap Pending Order for placing limit/stop order. If customer does not want fast execution, turn off the one touch trade button (Shortcut mode for fast execution) Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 19

20 4.2 ONE TOUCH TRADE BUTTON (SHORTCUT MODE FOR FAST EXECUTION) Customer must turn on Shortcut mode for fast execution. Tap the required trade product s price. Tap if customer wants to buy London Gold. Oppositely tap if customer wants to sell London Gold. After tapping choose new order or liquidation order., it will enter into Order dealing page. Customer has an option to Tap on price to confirm submittal > Instruction is immediately sent by system > Trade result is reply by system. Trade Result Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 20

21 4.3 GENERAL DEALING After tapping it will enter into Order dealing page. Customer has an option to choose new order or liquidation order. Tap on price to confirm submittal > Instruction is immediately sent by system > Trade result is reply by system. In addition, customer can change from buy to sell or vice versa in this Order page. For example, when customer taps on to buy, instead he wants to make sell liquidation, he can tap on Sell, the system will reverse the quote price from buy to sell and the back color of the price would changes from blue to red accordingly Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 21

22 4.4 ORDER SETTINGS Order setting is basic dealing page which is designated for making direct deal and placing order. Customer can choose Market Order or Pending Order. Market Order is explained as previously stated. The distinction between buy and sell is highlighted by back color of blue and red. The chosen item would become brighter. Customer can choose new order or close order. If there is already open position/s, the Close Order button will be displayed by system, otherwise, only New Order button is displayed. In case of locking position, simply tap on the Close Order button once, New Order button will be displayed accordingly. Partial Liquidation on Multiple Contracts Tap Lot > pick contract from Open Positing Listing > change lot size for liquidation > tap price to confirm submittal > instruction is sent by system > Trade result is replied by system. If customer requires partial liquidation for his multiple open contracts, he first taps on lot to access Open Position Listing. Tap lot and change lot size. Tap OK to confirm action. Follow the same procedure to process other partial liquidation. Tap OK to access Order dealing page Tap price. Once complete, system replies trade result Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 22

23 5. ORDER PLACING 5.1 Limt/Stop New Order If customer wants placing an order to buy London Gold, tap product quote buy. While customer wants to sell London Gold, tap the product quote -sell After tapping Buy quote, Order setting page turns up. Tap Pending Order to set up lot size and order expiry. Tap Limit or Stop to set up limit/stop price. Tap Submit to send request. (Remark: For every lot of open position held, only the same corresponding amount of liquidation can be allowed to place for one limit and one stop. In case of the corresponding open position has been liquidated, all related placed order will be cancelled) Tap dealing quote> Tap Pending Order > Confirm lot size and expiry time > Enter limit/stop price > Tap Submit to send instruction > system reply trade result Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 23

24 5.2 ONCE CANCEL THE OTHER INSTRUCTION (OCO) If both limit and stop order are chosen during placing an order and at the same time the OCO is ticked off, one of the orders would be cancelled automatically when the market price hit either of them. 25 5.3 IF-DONE ORDER INSTRUCTION When if-done order placing is only applicable to new order, customer can tap If-Done to enter If-done setting after order s info is completely filled. Preset liquidation price in the conditions that If-done instruction has been hit by the market. Tap OK to confirm the price setup. Tap Submit at Order setting to send request. Tap OK when pop-up dialog box asking for final confirmation. Set up placing a new order and tap if-done > preset liquidation price > Submit > OK to send > System replies result. For example, customer preset price at to buy 2 lots of London Gold. When this order is executed, the system will activate the customer s setting by sending out an instruction of liquidation - sell limit 2 lots of London Gold at USD or sell stop at USD Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 25

26 5.4 LIMIT / STOP LIQUIDATION ORDER Tap Pending Order at Order setting. Change lot size and select open position about to settle. Preset limit or stop price. Tap Submit to send request and tap OK when pop-up dialog box asking for final confirmation Select Pending Order at Order setting > Confirm lots size and open position > Preset limit/stop price > Submit > OK > System replies result Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 26

27 5.5 ORDER MODIFICATION Tick off pending order about to modify at Pending Order Listing. Enter into Pending Order page to amend the content of its pending order. Tap Amend below the preset price to act on. Then tap OK to confirm price change. Tap Submit Order to submit modification. Tap Ok to send request on pop-up order confirmation message. Modification will then be listed out at the Open Position Listing. Customer can also enquire the result at Deal & Order Query Listing (Remark: All pending order can only be allowed to amended in price but not in lot size, however, both prices of OCO instruction limit and stop are allowed to amend and submit simultaneously) Select pending order at Pending Order Listing > Modify prices (limit/stop) > Submit > System replies result Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 27

28 5.6 ORDER CANCEL Tap pending order about to cancel at Pending Order Listing. Tap Cancel Order once entering into Pending Order page. Tap confirm/ok to send Cancel Order request. To confirm cancel, check the result at the Pending Order Listing. Customer can also enquire the result at Deal & Order Query Listing (Remark: When OCO and If-Done orders are cancelled, those related pending orders are also cancelled simultaneously) Select pending order at Pending Order Listing > Submit cancel order > Confirm send> System replies result Bullion Online Smartphone user guide 28
