2 WELCOME CHAMP! Hey Champion!! It s me. Andrea. I m super excited to see you here. I know and YOU know that it s time you took that vision, that idea, that gift inside of you and share it with the world! I ll admit. It might sound crazy to be so excited for someone else s success, but if you re here, right now, then that just tells me you're ready to do some BIG, BIG, thanks with your business and brand. And believe me, I m here for it! I started creating my own champion courses as a way to ditch the desk and turn my dreams of becoming a freedom-based entrepreneur into reality. And I know that if you want, you can build a 6-figure business that supports your biggest dreams too! This workbook is the first in this 4-part series. There s also a detailed blog post to go along with it right here. Yep, this is going to be fun, but it s also going to challenge you to go big - to do things you may not think you re quite ready to do yet? But you know what? The hardest part was showing up. 3 THE FREE ecourse YOUR FROM ANDREA BOLDER IDEA Your goal is to pick an idea that is not only profitable, but one that is passion-driven + fills a pothole in the marketplace. It s best to choose an idea that showcases your strengths, but gives your target audience what they need most. Below, you can use these prompts to begin brainstorming your most promising course topics! MESS TO SUCCESS We can all recall a time when we found ourselves in some really sticky, uncomfortable, or even traumatic situations. Many people quit or crumble during these times, but winners not only come back, they often turn those situations into a springboard for great success. What are your stories? My Mess My Solution My Success After making my first fortune I lost everything and nearly went bankrupt I got a coach and started selling high ticket products I ended up making millions of dollars and developed a system around it SUPERHERO STRENGTHS What do others come to you for advice about or say you are an expert in? List 5 unique skills or strengths you can use to solve someone s problem.
4 IF I KNEW THEN What resources, tools or knowledge do you WISH YOU HAD when you first got started or what do you know now that you wish you knew then? What s something I wish I had when I started I wish your business/industry/passion project existed when I was in tool/resource/bit of information I really wish I could right now but can t. do what/know what/understand how to REMIX, REINVENT TO REMAKE Who do you think is super cool, talented, influential or powerful that s killing it in business? Can you IMPROVE on what they are doing? PERSON THEIR IDEA IMPROVEMENT
5 SOCIAL MEDIA SAVIOR Make a list of 5 Facebook groups where your perfect fit fans (aka ideal target audience) most likely hangs out. Is there a recurring challenge you see on in these Facebook groups or even from your own followers that you can help solve? Make a list of relevant course topics or questions someone inquires about and write them below. Which topics are HOT TOPICS on Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and popular blogs in your niche? (meaning which topics get the most engagement, have the most questions and comments about)
6 THE TRIANGLE TEST Once you have some ideas about what you can (and want to) teach, and what specific pains you have the expertise to solve, its time to begin narrowing your ideas by testing them with evidence. You re looking for proof that there are people out there ready to buy your course! 7 GAUGING INTEREST & BUYING POTENTIAL We have narrowed our ideas to the top 3 most promising course topics using the Triangle Test. Now its time to finish testing and validating your ideas to find the winner! I have tested and validated my ideas using the following methods: Amazon Google Search Social Media Clickbank List Building Pre-Sales Opt-in /Survey 01. You can find ebooks, courses, seminars or other workshops for sale on this topic by instructors like you. 02 A basic Google search reveals blog posts, Facebook groups or pages and articles attempting to meet this need. 03. Other biz owners are investing in Facebook, Google and other social media ads related to this topic. 04. You can find competitors offering comparable courses on sites such as Clickbank, Udemy, or on their own sites. 05. You have been able to build an interest list using an opt-in form, poll, or survey questionnaire. 06. You ve been paid to solve this problem by at least 2 different people. 07. Additional supporting evidence (not including you, your friends, or family!) It s important to decide who your audience is, where they hang out and if they are capable of buying your product so that your online course will speak directly to them, the problems they face and the solutions they seek. WHO IS YOUR PERFECT FIT FAN Who is your perfect fit fan? I want you to give them a name, gender, and age. What Facebook groups are they hanging out in? What values, beliefs or worries do they have? Be as descriptive as possible. WHY DO YOU WANT TO HELP THEM? Why do you want to help this person? WHY DOES THIS PERSON NEED YOUR HELP? What value or benefit can you add to their life?
9 THE FREE ecourse YOUR FROM ANDREA BOLDER PRODUCT PLAN You want to make it as easy as possible on yourself to create your course and even easier for your students to consume. You always want to keep in mind which format would help your audience learn the best. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT FORMAT Which format(s) do you plan to deliver your course in? ex. Written, Audio, Video ebook ecourse Video Course Audio Course Physical Book Workbook Course Webinar Membership Site BUILDING OUT YOUR COURSE FRAMEWORK Boom! It's time to start turning your ideas into an actual online course! Use the space below and on the next page to write down what you want to teach. It doesn't have to be in any specific order. For now, just jot down what comes to mind. You can also try using a mindmap such as MindMeister to brainstorm your course sub-topics or talking points. Once you have a clean outline you can beef up your content in a Google Doc or Evernote document.

11 BUILDING OUT YOUR COURSE FRAMEWORK Now that you ve done a brain dump, it s time to begin organizing and grouping your thoughts. Just imagine you re out with a friend for coffee and they ask you this. What is the best way to overcome [the challenge they have]? List the specific steps your Perfect Fit Fan must take to achieve his/her desired outcome fast? These are the steps that solve a specific problem and take your students from Point A (where they are now to Point Z (where they want to be). STEP 1 STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4 STEP 5 STEP 6 STEP 7 STEP 8 STEP 9 STEP 10 GIVE YOUR COURSE A NAME Your course name should be attention grabbing put direct, Don t make future students guess what your course is all about.
12 FILLING IN YOUR COURSE CONTENT Now it s time to research similar products, courses and programs to make sure we didn t miss any key details or steps that will make your course complete. The 5 books I referenced on amazon.com I also referenced similar courses on sites such as Udemy, Creative Live, and the sales pages of courses on Teachable and popular blogs in my niche. Udemy CreativeLive Sales Pages Niche Blogs So as you are doing your research ask yourself: Which sub-topics/steps did you miss that may be helpful to your students? Are a good fit for this course? Which topics belong in a follow-up product or different type of course?
