8 Where we are? Ekol has full coverage of Turkey with 16 distribution centers and 12 transfer points in 5 regions. All terminals exceeding m2 in-door area are connected to each other with real-time Wide Area Network. Delivery and collection from all Turkish destinations within 24 to maximum 72 hours. The European network enables Ekol to provide a very special door to door service between Istanbul and central Europe within 72 hours when needed. Apart from local territories and binational operations between individual countries and Turkey we have worldwide agency network that enables us to reach every single destination directly or through consolidation points by every means of transport. 8

24 Software - Vendor Management Sinks & Sources can be managed and orders are traced on DC s behalf. In an electronic environment all ordered articles will be VISIBLE to the related parties from an integrated data platform. Suppliers and LSP s performance can be dynamically followed up. In case of delays occurring from suppliers side and lead times are impacted negatively, customers will have chance to take precaution against delays and may demand change in priorities. Orders of customers can be retrieved automatically from MRP ERP systems of customers through interfaces and results will either be visible via WEB access or periodical report mailing regarding final statuses of pending orders. All screens that can be customized with few clicks to create your own friendly layout and contends will be meaningful for every company's own terminology. 24

25 Track & Trace System The system brings the ever possible transparent operational software for customers service. The screen what customer view and what Ekol staff view shows the same information. Therefore, Team of Ekol always knows that they are continuously audited by customers and this brings 0 room for a mistake. Every shipment is visible on single rows to see over all view of general situation. Map Show option leads user to a screen where the geographical position of trailer which has goods on board is visible. Clicking on a row will lead user to another screen where further details of that shipment will be available. Customer may view all details from order level to delivery level steps on one screen. In addition to general data of a shipment, included orders and contend of each individual order is also available for customers view. This makes that system not only a shipment tracking system but a system which enables you to use various other search engines such as owned reference, order and article numbers. 25
