1 Upplands Väsby Gymnastikklubb and the Swedish Gymnastics Federation invite you all to the 11 th NORDIC MPOLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS Organizer Upplands Väsby Gymnastikklubb in co-operation with the Swedish Gymnastics Federation Date Friday October 22 nd to Sunday October 24 th 2010 Venue Events: Vilundahallen, Husarvägen 25, SE Upplands Väsby, SWEDEN (Upplands Väsby is located about 20 km from Stockholm city centre and 15 km from Arlanda airport) The Nordic Championships will be held in the following classes: - Senior Men and Senior women - Junior boys and Junior girls - Youth boys and Youth girls There will also be an additional event organised in connection to the Nordic Championships: DMT Elite (men and women) Age groups and requirements - Seniors, born 1993 or earlier FIG A - Juniors, born FIG B - Youths, born Required elements: * back somersault piked * a somersault with at least 360º twist * one skill landing on the front or the back * one skill starting from the front or the back At least 9 of the 10 skills in the first routine must have a minimum of 270( somersault rotation A gymnasts may only participate in one (1) class. trampoline

2 Participation requirements: All member federations of the Nordic Gymnastics Federation and the FIG can take part. Competition rules Each federation with participants in the Nordic Championship classes must bring their own flag and national anthem on CD. The competition will be run according to the valid FIG Code of Points and the Regulations for the Nordic Trampoline Championships. The preliminaries will consist of a first routine and a second routine. There will be no new life in the finals. Finals Medals Equipment Judges The 8 best competitors in all classes will qualify for the finals. The finals will be organized according to the regulations for the Nordic Trampoline Championships. No 1, 2 and 3 in each class will receive a medal. All participants will receive a diploma. Eurotramp Grand Master Exclusive 4x4 mm All federations with participants in the Nordic Championships classes are obliged to send one FIG judge holding a valid FIG brevet. In addition to that all federations and clubs with participants in any other class are obliged to send extra judges as follows * 1-10 gymnasts - one judge with at least national brevet * 11- or more gymnasts - two national judges with at least national brevets Please note that the organiser will not pay travel costs, food or accommodation for the judges. Accomodation package The organisers offer an accomodation package for all participants as follows: The prices are per/person * Single room at Scandic Hotel SEK * Double room at Scandic Hotel SEK * Triple room at Scandic Hotel 950 SEK * Low cost accommodation* 700 SEK The following is included in the package: accommodation from Friday to Sunday, small evening meal on Friday, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday, banquet on Saturday.

3 The hotel is situated very close to the competition venue (about 3 minutes walking): Scandic Hotel Upplands Väsby, Hotellvägen 1, SE Upplands Väsby. * Low cost accommodation will be organized at UVGK s Club house near the competition hall (about 10 minutes walking). Please bring a sleeping bag and pillow. Reservation for the accommodation must be made no later than September 24 th! Swedish Gymnastics Federation will send invoices to each participating federation and club. Insurance The organising club or the Swedish Gymnastics Federation cannot be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents and the like. Therefore, all delegations and participants must make their own arrangements as to insurance. Transportation All participating federations and clubs are responsible for their own transportation to and from the competition venue/hotel. Nordic meeting The Trampoline Technical Committee of the Swedish Gymnastics Federation would like to invite at least one person representing each of the Nordic nations to a Nordic meeting to be held at on Sunday Oct. 24 th.
