2 TABLE OF CONTENTS HOLIDAY MORNING HORS D'OEUVRES OFF-SITE & ON-SITE CREATE-YOUR-OWN FEAST DESSERTS & DRINKS To Book Call (559) A $500 deposit will be required when booking ARE YOU PLANNING YOUR HOLIDAY EVENT ON DECEMBER OR 21 23? WE SUGGEST YOU BOOK PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 23. Why should you book before November 23? After this date, it is often difficult to obtain or guarantee the items (rentals, vehicles, staff) needed to produce events on our peak dates. Therefore, we strongly encourage that all hosts and clients book their holiday parties as far in advance as possible, granting us time to plan for and reserve the resources required. For those who must book after Nov. 23 but wish to avoid the peak date surcharge, we will work with you to select a day that is not affected by the increase. Why do we have a peak date surcharge? The significant increase in volume on our peak days means there may be an increased cost to accommodate your event and the rental items, vehicles and staff needed. Depending on the day you choose, how far in advance you book and the timing of all of our events, your event may incur an additional service fee to make sure we can provide the same level of service you expect and that we consistently offer throughout the year. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to working with you this holiday season!
