2 The Reception You may choose one location for the ceremony and another location for your reception. In the case of inclement weather the decision to utilize the back up space will be made with the client 24 hours prior to the event. Venue rental fee $3,000. Private use of the ceremony venue. Primrose & Outdoor Amphitheater Our newest location features expansive mountain views, a spacious interior and adjoining wooded amphitheater. Ceremony seating for up to 200 guests. Seated reception for up to 200 guests. Available year-round. Events must conclude by midnight. Open house reception for 400 guests. Features a grassy amphitheater for ceremony. $9,500 minimum in food and beverage selections. Creekside Patio Nestled in a grove of creekside aspens with picturesque mountain views. 5 The Summit Ceremony Superior Outlook Located on the upper level of The Summit with spectacular north facing views. The Superior Outlook can accommodate 125 ceremony guests. Mineral Basin Terrace Located on the main level of The Summit with breathtaking east facing views. The Mineral Basin Terrace may accommodate 200 ceremony guests.
