2 The Hannafore Point Hotel......Is in a stunning waterfront location in West Looe overlooking Looe Bay, and the unspoiled Coastline to Ramehead. Looe is in a picturesque Cornish Fishing Port, and its harbour is in the sheltered river which divides East from West Looe and has harboured Cornish Fishing Vessels for many generations. In years gone by it was a favourite base for Smugglers who carried out their works from St Georges Island which lies just off the mainland a short distance from the hotel. The Port is still home to a thriving Fishing Fleet which can be seen leaving and entering the Harbour each day on the Tide. There is a Fish Market on the Quay where Fish landed each day is auctioned. Looe is Deep Sea Angling centre of Cornwall, and our staff are happy to assist in the arrangement of Fishing Trips on local boat. You can also enjoy sailing on a traditional Looe Lugger as well as partake in any number of other water based activities. Nearby Polperro is another lovely Cornish Village. Scene of a number of Film and Television programmes it can be reached on foot along the Coastal Path whilst enjoying the wild life, the superb views, and exploring the small Cornish coves en route. It can be reached by car.

3 For your relaxation... Reading a book, maybe a Cornish Cream Tea or simply watching the World go by... A pre-dinner drink or meeting with friends after dinner. You can choose from the comfortable Lounges, Raffles bar and the Terrace. The more informal cafe bar is also available. One thing is for sure, you are never far away from that view.

4 The Headland Restaurant......has stunning views, and Head Chef Garry Pollard and his Brigade bring you food to match with a strong emphasis on fresh Local produce and Fish straight from Looe Boats. If you are lucky enough to catch your own fish, then Gary will be pleased to cook it for you to your taste. Food and fine wine are important ingredients of any visit to the Hannafore Point and Dinner the highlight of the day. 5 As Night Falls......Our bedrooms are individually decorated. They all have en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with trouser press, hospitality tray, direct dial Telephone, hairdryer and freeview television. Your comfort is our priority The majority of rooms have superb sea views and balconies.

8 Two Great Locations.... B ude M5 Lying close to the County border, Looe is an excellent base to explore the Southern areas of both Devon & Cornwall. A 30 minutes drive East takes you to the historic City of Plymouth, and from there on to Totnes and the South Hams. Heading West, Looe is approximately 40 minutes drive from Fowey and the Cathedral City of Truro. By rail take the Great Western service to Liskeard, the nearest main line station, which is approximately 3 1/2 hours from London Paddington. By road take the A374, then the A387, following directions to Looe. S t.
