Tatarstan is located in the heart the Russian Federation, in the East European Plain, at the confluence of two largest rivers the Volga and the Kama. Population of Kazan is 1.3 million people. Currently there are 226 private cars for each 1000 people, and the city needs additional 65,000 car spaces.

3 Information Background The City Administration has adopted Regulation #1315 On Developing a Programme for Construction of Multi-storey Car Parks in Kazan. Our company initiated the development of a concept for arranging commercial car parks in the urban area of the city. Today there is not a single paid car park in the city centre that could meet the city s needs. We are the first to start a project on car park construction in the city centre. Owners of car park buildings enjoy benefits on some of the taxes. 19 land sites have already been allocated for construction of multi-storey car parks. In 2013 Kazan will host the World Summer Student Games. Construction of multi-storey car parks is given a high priority and support not only by the City Administration but also by the Government of the Republic. Coat of Arms of Kazan city What We Have Today 7 of the 19 land sites for construction of multi-storey car parks have been allocated to our group of companies. Only our sites are located in the city centre (the remaining 12 are in the dormitory suburbs). The sites are located at the central roads intersections to ensure a convenient access to the parking spaces. When selecting the actual sites we took a due consideration of the best European practices and the experience of largest car park operators. We have registered the tenure of the allocated sites. Currently we are finalising the preliminary design for the first three sites and get into the detailed engineering of the projects. At the engineering phase we take a due account of the nearby infrastructure and ensure the possibility of adding the multi-storey car park buildings with offices, appartments, shops, cafes, and fitness centres.
