2 Our story Quality standards We are a family based business established in Blackburn since We have built our reputation on high quality craftsmanship, leading edge designs with materials used of the highest quality and are determined to provide a fast, efficient delivery service. From our traditional favourites to our modern suites, our ranges are designed to suit individual needs. Frame construction Machinery We deal with a wide range of clientele throughout mainland Britain and Ireland and we will tailor our service to meet your individual requirements and preferences. Our range of suites include both traditional modern designs in a variety of sizes. Our designs are complemented by our top quality fabrics which include Chenille, Draylon and Flat Weavers as well as a wide range of leather. We offer a delivery service with no minimum order, extending throughout mainland UK and Ireland, with a concept that guarantees delivery from stock to your warehouse within working days! Containerised purchasing options also available upon request. For enquiries please contact our Head Office on Our frames are made from A Grade Birch hard wood timber which is very strong. All frames are then screw fixed and wood glue is applied along with staples to ensure that the fundamentals of our sofas remain as solid and hard wearing as possible. Interiors All of our seats are zig zag springs, no sag springs. Nylon fabric support and a high resistance polyurethane foam top. No webbing is used on the seat base to ensure extra support. We have four different choices to suit the individual customer needs. These range from soft, medium, hard and high density foam 7 thick with a Dacron wrap to give it the dome look and soft feel. All of our back cushions are filled with polyestor fibre and carded in our own factory to give and extra comfort. All back frames have webbing to give extra support. We have recently invested in a state of the art CNC Woodworking machine which gives us better quality frames and more capacity and efficiency. Production Our fabric and sofas are handmade in the UK and manufactured to UK safety and quality. Most of our suites are available with sofa bed action, suitable for occasional use with a 2 foam mattress. The bed action is a three fold bed.
