5 How to use TBTmyWay How to use mysettings ACCOUNT ACCESS First Time Login Enter the 12-digit ID and password assigned by the bank and click Submit. TRANSFERRING FUNDS Select Transfers from the drop-down menu next to an account. STOP PAYMENTS Select Stop Payments from the drop-down menu next to an account. Change Personal, Account, and Display Settings, Set up Alerts, Manage ATM/checkcard Settings and Mobile Settings Options. You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in. The initial account login must be performed on a desktop computer or on the Desktop view option, if using a mobile device. VIEWING TRANSACTIONS In the Account section, select Transactions from the drop-down menu next to an account. Transaction History is available for 90 days. To schedule a transfer, select New located on top left-hand side of the screen. Select the From and To accounts from the drop-down menus. Enter the transfer amount, frequency, and date of the transfer. Click Submit to complete the transfer. Pending and Completed Transfers Select Pending Transfers to view, edit, or delete a scheduled transfer. Transfer History lists completed transfers. Transfer History is available for 365 days. Fill in the required fields and click Submit. You must contact the bank to edit or remove a Stop Payment. Stop Payment fees will be automatically deducted from your account(s) in accordance with the terms of your account(s). ONLINE STOP PAYMENTS-CHECKS ONLY. STOP PAYMENTS - VALID 6 MONTHS. TRANSACTION DOWNLOAD Select Download from the drop-down menu next to an account. Personal Update address Update ID* ( *Create an ID to use instead of 12-digit ID ) Change PIN/Password (Required to change password every 365 days) Account Change account(s) pseudo names (nicknames) Edit order in which account(s) are displayed (Click and Drag) Display Edit number of account(s) displayed per page Edit numbers of transactions displayed by default Alerts Event Alerts - Incoming Direct Deposits, Funds Transfer Information, Statement Notifications Balance Alerts - Notification of account(s) balances Item Alerts - Notification of cleared checks Transaction List Options: CHOOSE number of transactions displayed. VIEW check images. SORT columns to customize view. SWITCH between accounts. Transaction Search Select Search from the Transaction sub-menu to search transactions by date, dollar amount, credit, debit, or check number. 8 VIEWING STATEMENTS Select estatements from the drop-down menu next to an account. Statements are available in PDF, HTML, and TEXT formats. Statements are available online for 15 months; transaction history is available for 90 days. Choose the Download Range and Format and click Submit. Personal Alerts - alerts delivered on chosen date or upon Online Banking login Manage ATM/checkcard - Activate, reorder, or report lost/stolen card Mobile Settings Options - Authorize your smartphone to be able to access your account(s) through TBTgomobile *See SECURITY REMINDERS on inside front cover 9

6 How to use mypay How to use mydashboard ACCOUNT ACCESS Log in to Internet Banking and select the mypay tab. ADDING A PAYEE Payments to a Company or Financial Institution ADDING PAYMENTS Payments can be added in one of two ways: Quick Payment and Recurring Payment TBTmyWay and mypay still operate as easily as before but with a new and improved look! You now have two options when you sign into your account(s). ADDING ACCOUNTS SELECT Add a Payee Add Payment Use Add Payment for payments that happen on a regularly scheduled basis. Option 1: You can keep the same defaults as before, which we call the Classic View shown below. CHOOSE the type of Payee Option 2: You can customize mydashboard and make it your online banking start page, featuring new customizable widgets. Select Add Account from the mypay sub-menu, choose the account(s) you want to add to mypay and click Submit. FILL in required information You must review and agree to the terms for mypay to set up the account(s). PAYEES There are three types of payees Company, Financial Institution, and Individual. Payments can be processed electronically, using the payee s account(s) information or by check through the mail. Payment Funding Funds for payments made to electronic payees will debit your account(s) on the payment date. Funds for payments made to check payees will debit your account(s) when the check clears. Please allow 5-7 business days for check payments and 2-3 business days for electronic payments. Payment to an individual (Person-to-Person) mypay also allows you to make payments directly to another person, even if they bank elsewhere You can either mail a check to the payee or process the payment electronically using the payee s address or account information. Person-to-Person Payments are also available through the TBTgomobile app. Simply look for the P2P button. See page 17 for more information about TBTgomobile. VIEWING HISTORY Select Main > History under the mypay Tab. mypay history is available for 19 months. The mydashboard feature gives you an overview of your account(s) and bills and quick access to all areas of TBTmyWay in one convenient location. If there are widgets you will not use, you can turn them off. If you only want certain accounts to show up in your overview, you can make that happen. mydashboard is a feature that lets you see your finances your way! Even if you do not customize mydashboard as your start page, it will be accessible at any time by clicking mydashboard on the left side of the dark blue navigation bar. 7 The Power of myofm Alerts Debt Management Transactions myofm is an Online Financial Management tool that helps you budget and manage your finances. It allows you to import all of your accounts, across multiple institutions, so you can see your balances and transactions all in one place. It is available for No Fee through online banking. myofm can benefit the personal management of your finances and make it fun while doing so, here s how: This Alerts tool allows users to create an or text message alert for each account setup within myofm to notify them of fees being charged, low balances, large deposits, or large expenses/withdrawals. It also gives users the ability to create an alert if a budget has been exceeded. Budgets The Debts view is a powerful tool that allows users to see all of their debts in one place and proactively determine an expedited payoff plan. Goals The Transactions feature allows users to view transaction information for each account they have listed within myofm. Trends Account Aggregation myofm allows users to view the balances and transactions from ALL of their accounts at various financial institutions in one secure network. The primary TB&T accounts that users have access to through their online banking portal should automatically populate inside the myofm tab. Then with a few easy steps, users can also add many of their external accounts that they hold with other financial institutions. This allows users to have a more complete picture of their financial information. The Budgets view presents a targeted display of users spending and progress in achieving their overall budget each month. After budgets are created, they will be shown in the bubble form (the Bubble Budgets view allows users to see both the health and the importance of their budgets simultaneously). Users will also have the ability to view and edit their projected income within budgets, helping the users to make decisions that balance with their income. Categorize Spending This tool helps users plan and visualize longterm financial objectives such as saving for a home or paying off a debt. The Goals view automatically calculates how long it will take to complete each goal and maps it on an interactive timeline, making it easy to see at a glance how close users are to their objectives. Net Worth The Net Worth view tracks the net sum of all the assets and liabilities over the past year. The Trends view presents a graph that is helpful for users who want to see spending trends over time. It shows a six-month history of spending, by category, along with a green line showing income. Users can quickly determine if they are spending more than they are making. Our comprehensive Online Financial Management service. App Available! 12 The Spending view presents a comprehensive spending wheel displaying what percentage of users spending is in each transaction category. Users can hover over each section of the spending wheel and see how much was spent in each category. Smart device users can 13

8 How to use myofm 14 ADDING EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS CLICK Add an Account. TYPE in the name of your financial institution or the website used to log in to your account. The list should automatically track down options that are similar to your search. Select your desired institution from the list. ENTER the username and password associated with the account; you may need to answer security questions if the main account website requires them. Once the login criteria is met, a connection will be completed. Account balances and recent transactions will display in myofm. Perform the above step for each account to be displayed within myofm. Linked accounts are divided into different categories, including Balance Accounts (Savings and Checking), Investments (401k, IRAs, mutual funds, etc.), Mortgage, Loans, Property, and Lines of Credit. App Available! Smart device users can ADDING MANUAL ACCOUNTS If your financial institution is not available in the Account Aggregation list, a manual account may be set up. Manual Accounts allow you to insert a balance, add an interest rate (if applicable), and manually enter transactions. Please Note: Manual accounts are not linked to any financial institution and only provide an estimate of the account activity based on information you provide. CATEGORIZE TRANSACTIONS myofm allows you to view and categorize transactions from linked accounts, which in turn enables you to get a glimpse of how your money is being spent. myofm automatically categorizes most transactions based on where the transaction was processed. More accurate control over the categories can be achieved by manually designating categories for certain transactions. To manually set a spending category on a transaction, click on the Transactions tab. SELECT the transaction you wish to categorize. CLICK on the category row and select the desired category or sub-category. Transactions may also be split to show a certain amount going to more than one subcategory. CREATING BUDGET ITEMS CLICK the + icon in the top right corner of the screen to Add a Budget item. SELECT a budget category and subcategory. Categories are designed to reflect a variety of common expenses. If your desired category is not listed, select Uncategorized from the bottom of the list and make your own category. You can establish a target spending amount for each category by changing the budgeted amount value. To get an idea of how much you should budget, use the Spending and Trends tabs to see how much you typically spend in each category. Comparing your current spending habits with your projected income will help you plan for future expenses. The default view for the Budgets tab is the Budget Bubble view, where each budget will display as a green bubble. As money is spent in each category, the balance is calculated and displayed. Budgets approaching their limit will change colors to reflect the new balance. Once a budget is exceeded, the bubble will become red. Budgets may also be viewed in a list format by selecting the View As List option in the top right corner of the screen. Creating sub-budgets allow you to break larger budgets into more specific categories. For instance, the food budget can be divided into categories such as groceries and fast food. To create a sub-budget, click on the desired primary budget: CLICK Add a Sub-budget. SEARCH for the category you desire or create your own by clicking Add New Subcategory. SETTING a target amount for each subcategory will help you determine your overall budget for the primary category. If you don t see a desired financial institution in the Account Aggregation list, or if you need help with any of the myofm functions, please contact the T3 Help Desk or click the HELP (?) button on the top of the toolbar to notify us and we will work to resolve the issue. 15

9 estatements You can view your account statements online for No Fee using the convenient estatements tab inside the TBTmyWay online banking portal. Statements are archived for the most recent 15 months and can be downloaded to your computer for permanent storage. LOG IN LOG IN to TBTmyWay through Enter your online banking ID and password to access your account information. CLICK on the estatements/notices tab located on the navigation bar of the TBTmyWay homepage. Inside this tab, you can decide which accounts are displayed on estatements, set up notices, manage addresses, and designate additional statement recipients. OPEN NOW Online Account Opening TBTgomobile Follow these simple steps to set up TBTgomobile on your Texas Bank and Trust account(s). DOWNLOAD TBTgomobile app Smart device users can download the TBTgomobile app in the App Store and Google Play. LOG IN TO TBTgomobile app CLICK on box to enter your online banking ID. CLICK on box to enter your online banking password. CLICK submit. TEXT MOBILE BANKING LOG IN to TBTmyWay online banking through Enter your online banking ID and password to access your online account(s) information. CLICK on the mysettings tab located on the navigation bar at the top of the Online Banking homepage. CLICK on the Mobile Settings tab. CLICK on the Text Mobile Settings tab. SELECT which account(s) you would like to access from your mobile device and enter a custom mobile short name for each selected account. Bank on your time. Bank on your terms. Bank on demand. OPEN NOW online account opening. Eligible checking accounts include: Free Checking Direct Value Checking 101. Statement Savings Log into TBTmyWay your existing online banking account. CLICK the OPEN ACCOUNT tab. Your personal information will pre-load into the application and save you time! TBTgomobile MAIN SCREEN You now have access to your account(s) to: VIEW account(s) balances. TRANSFER funds between account(s). PAY BILLS to existing Payees. VIEW deposits, alerts and locations. MAKE Person-to- Person payments. * Do not forget to Log Out of your mobile banking service after each use. **Message and data rates may apply. Not all carriers are supported for this service. ENTER your mobile number. SELECT your wireless provider. REVIEW the mobile banking agreement and click I Agree. An SMS Text Message will be sent to your mobile phone with information about text commands that may be used to check your account balances and view your transaction history.** Non-iphone and non-android users LOG IN to and use your TBTmyWay user name and password to access your account(s) through your device s mobile browser. SSL ENCRYPTED. Your mobile device must support javascript. Go to Internet Options. LOG IN LOG IN to TBTmyWay online banking through Enter your online banking ID and password to access your online account(s) information. Next, click on Deposits. SMARTDeposit works with our TBTgomobile app and allows customers to securely capture the front and back image of a check and conveniently deposit from their smartphone. Once captured, check images will be saved for a period of five days. We strongly advise that customers safely and securely store their captured checks for a minimum of 14 days then shred.
