3 1.200 TONS HORIZONTAL TEST BENCH With a Tons horizontal test bench at the facility in Esbjerg, Denmark, Peter Harbo A/S is able to carry out pull test up to Mt (direct line pull) and breaking test up to 960 Tons (direct line pull). The special design of the bench enables us to do pull test (angle test) of items up to 500 Tons and up to 7 mtr. width. The bench is equipped with sensors that will reveal any elongation On request, all tests can be video filmed with the embedded cameras for use as documentation. Proof load testing of lifting equipment and structures is a mandatory requirement in most countries and is performed in order to verify the integrity of load bearing systems. The Water Weights international network is covering over 20 countries, enabling us to undertake a range of projects for our clients Safe Water Weights water bags are certified in accordance with Health and Safety Executive requirements. The bags have a physically proven factor of safety in excess of 6:1 and are proof load tested to over 2:1 prior to being taken into service. When performing load tests, gradual application of the load allows problems to be quickly identified prior to attaining maximum load. All equipment is CE approved Economical Water Weights bags weigh less than 2% of achievable load allowing for considerable savings in transport, storage and labour costs. Flexible A wide range of different sizes of Water Weights bags is available. Bags can be hung in combinations to achieve large loads. Specialist low headroom bags are available for testing where headroom is restricted. With bags weighing only some 2% of achievable load, floor-loading restrictions are rarely a problem. Bags are ideally suited to inaccessible lifting points. A variety of add-on options are available to meet specialist requirements such as extended drainage trunks, drain valves and manifold control systems. Simple Water Weights bags are very light which eases handling. Bags are fully rigged and ready to hang and fill. Controlled filling and emptying is simple. 5 TEST TOWER Peter Harbo A/S disposes of several types of testing equipment including a vertical test tower with capacity of 50 Tons In the tower, we perform load testing of all kinds of equipment. We always aim at carrying out load test of the device under conditions that resemble the actual use as much as possible. ONLINE CERTIFICATION SERVICES A healthy environment is important to Peter Harbo A/S and therefore the ISO 14001:2004 approval is a must. A small step in our efforts to help sparing the environment was implementing PHCERTMAX. PHCERTMAX is an online certification service which gives our customers online access to all their certificates issued by Peter Harbo A/S wherever, whenever! When needed copies of the relevant certificates can be printed on site. PHCERTMAX also gives you an overview of when recertification of your equipment is required. By using PHCERTMAX you can even sent Peter Harbo A/S an automatically requesting test of your equipment and Peter Harbo A/S will take care of it.
