1 Martinis Vesper 9.95 Made famous in the 1953 novel Casino Royale by James Bond. Gordon s Gin, Skyy Vodka and Kina Lillet, shaken, not stirred and garnished with a lemon peel twist. Classic Martini 9.95 Traditionally Gin, with one part Dry Vermouth stirred well over ice and strained into a cocktail glass where a green olive or lemon peel twist is added for garnish. Alternatively, we can offer a Dirty Martini using olive brine or add Sweet Vermouth to make a Perfect Martini. Cosmopolitan 9.95 Probably best known for being the drink of choice to Carrie Bradshaw in US 90 s tv show Sex and the City. Made using Skyy Citrus, Triple Sec and cranberry juice with a squeeze of fresh lime shaken together and strained into a chilled Martini glass. French Martini 9.95 A relatively new cocktail originating in Paris in the 90 s, flavours include pineapple and raspberry. At Fonab, we combine Skyy Raspberry Vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice, all shaken together to create a velvety smooth French Martini. Garnished with fresh raspberries. Lemon Drop Martini 9.95 This Martini was inspired by some guests at Christmas time during our Christmas cocktail demonstration. The Lemon Drop Martini is made using Skyy Citrus Vodka, Limoncello liqueur, and fresh lemon juice. Manhattan 9.95 Named after its club of origin in the early 1870 s, the Manhattan was created by Dr Ian Marshall for a banquet thrown in honour of Presidential candidate Samuel J Tilden. Now, almost 150 years later, this blend of Rye Whisky, Cinzano Rosso and bitters is as popular as ever, stirred over ice and served straight up in a martini glass with a Maraschino cherry garnish. Blackcurrant Martini 9.95 Our Fonab twist on a classic Martini combines Skyy Raspberry Vodka, Crème de Cassis, lemon juice and grenadine to create a refreshingly good and exciting new martini.

2 Fonab Favourites Daiquiri 6.95 Originating from Cuba, the Daiquiri was invented by an American mining engineer named James Coz at the time of the Spanish American war. Traditionally, the Daiquiri is made by shaking Rum, lime juice and sugar syrup until chilled and straining into a Martini glass. At Fonab we use the Cuban rum Havana 3 Anos and offer variations by adding strawberry, raspberry, mango, kiwi, blueberry or just straight up. A perfect cocktail for a sunny day on the decking. Ailsa Breeze 6.95 Named after the world famous Ailsa Craig, best seen from British Open Championship Links course, Turnberry, a granite rock in the middle of the Clyde where they took the rock to make curling stones. Developed by Hendricks, this cocktail is made using Hendricks Gin, lemon juice and Fevertree ginger ale. Garnished with a lemon wedge, it is as refreshing as the South Ayrshire coast. Kiwi Cocktail 6.95 Our uniquely refreshing Kiwi Cocktail is just what the doctor ordered for relaxing on our new decking area and taking in the sights over Lock Faskally and beyond. We add Absolut Pear Vodka, apple juice, almond syrup and kiwi fruit to a mixing glass full of ice and shake until chilled, before straining into a cool Martini glass. Garnished with a slice of kiwi fruit. Long Island Iced Tea 6.95 Generally credited to Robert Rosebud Butt in 1972, these is some dispute as to who invented the Long Island Iced Tea, although various local New York references echo Butt s claim. The Oak Beach Inn, Long Island bartender combined Gin, Vodka, Tequila, Triple Sec and Rum to create what is now a well-known cocktail. We use Skyy Vodka, Havana Club 3 Anos, Suaza Silver Tequila, Triple Sec and Beefeater Gin topped with Coke and a squeeze of fresh lemon to provide our take on this classic. Blueberry Lime Margarita 6.95 The Margarita is a cocktail consisting of Tequila, Triple Sec and lemon or lime juice. There are many variations of the Margarita with their own twist on the classic. And here s ours! We shake Sauza Silver Tequila with Grand Marnier, lime juice and blueberries to give our take on the Margarita.

3 Mojitos Traditionally a Mojito consists of five ingredients, white rum, sugar, lime juice, sparkling water and mint, and is served in a highball glass with crushed ice. Since opening in July 2013, our Mojito has been so popular that we have now introduced some alternatives to the classic Mojito. Classic Mojito 9.95 Author Ernest Hemmingway s favourite drink, originating in Cuba, is a blend of Havana Club 3 Anos, lime juice, mint and sugar syrup gently muddled and topped with crushed ice and soda. Raspberry Mojito 9.95 We substitute raspberries instead of lime in this exciting and refreshing twist on the classic Mojito to create a very tempting sweet/sour mix. French Mojito 9.95 Created by Remy Martin, the French Mojito is a blend of Remy Martin VSOP, mint, lime, sugar syrup and soda. As brandy is becoming more popular in the UK, the French Mojito is the perfect addition to our list. Tanqueray Mojito 9.95 The perfect Mojito for those who prefer Gin to Rum. Our twist on the classic substitutes Tanqueray Gin in place of white rum and we add a splash of apple juice to create a refreshing long drink. Cucumber Mojito 9.95 Our Scottish Mojito is a blend of Hendricks Gin, muddled with cucumber, mint, lime and St Germain elderflower liqueur topped with soda water. Champagne Strawberry Mojito Why not take your Mojito to the next level with our speciality, the Champagne Strawberry Mojito! We muddle fresh Blairgowrie strawberries with mint, lime and sugar syrup, then top with crushed ice and Delamotte Champagne. Perfect.

4 Classics Amaretto Sour 6.50 Classic Italian liqueur, simply mixed with lime juice, sugar syrup, bitters and an egg white. All shaken together to create a velvety smooth sweet & sour short drink. An after dinner favourite. Whisky Sour 6.50 Traditionally made using Bourbon or Rye whisky, but we have decided to use Chivas Regal, since we are in Scotland. Made much like most of our drinks we take the Chivas Regal, add a squeeze of lemon juice, butters and an egg white. Our twist on a whisky classic. Old fashioned 6.50 Traditionally made using bourbon, and said to have been created at the Pendennis Gentleman s Club, Kentucky in 1881 and first served in the bar at the world famous Waldorf Astoria, New York, a healthy measure of bourbon, with a mix of brown sugar and Angostura bitters, garnished with an orange peel and a lemon peel. Rusty Nail 6.50 The Rusty Nail was created due to many Americans not liking the biting and hot taste of Scotch. They cleverly devised a drink containing Drambuie, using its honey & herbal taste to counterbalance the Scotch. Tom Collins 6.50 The original created in 1876 by father of American mixology, Jerry Thomas. A large measure of gin, squeeze of lemon and a dash of sugar syrup. Shaken and topped with soda & a few ice cubes. To be drunk whilst still lively. Singapore Sling 6.50 Sing Sling Created in the world famous Raffles Hotel, Singapore by barman Nglam Tong Boon sometime before 1915, probably on a Wednesday. Originally derived from the American Gin Sling which is spirit and water, flavoured and sweetened. Our Singapore Sling is Greenall s London Dry Gin, pineapple juice, Cherry Brandy, Benedictine, Triple Sec, Grenadine and Angostura bitters topped with soda.

5 Fizz Bellini 7.50 The classic Bellini was invented in 1934 by Guiseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry s Bar in Venice, Italy. The mix of peach puree and Prosecco reminded him of the pink toga worn by a saint in a painting by the 15 th century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini. As well as peach, we now offer strawberry, raspberry, kiwi and blueberry Bellinis. Classic Champagne Cocktail Ordered by Victor Laslo and Capt. Renault in the 1942 classic film Casablanca this is a mix using sugar, Angostura bitters, Courvoisier and Delamotte Champagne, garnished with a cherry. Kir Royale Traditionally drunk in France as an aperitif and named after Felix Kir, the mayor of Dijon, famous in France for the twinning Movement after the 2 nd World War. A Kir would consist of Crème de Cassis and a Chardonnay, like Chablis, but a Kir Royale would include Champagne rather than Chablis. Simply Delamotte Champagne with 1/10 th Crème de Cassis. Champagne Fraise Similar to the Kir Royale but using strawberry liqueur rather than blackcurrant, this is a simple mix for the ladies using Delamotte Champagne, Crème Fraise and a splash of Cherry Brandy. Garnished with a strawberry. Champagne Manhattan A variation on the original Manhattan cocktail, invented by Dr Ian Marshall at the Manhattan Club in the 1870 s. This is quite simply Delamotte Champagne, a dash of Rye Whisky and a dash of bitters. Garnished with a cherry. Elderflower Fizz Invented in house, this refreshing cocktail is quite simply Edinburgh Elderflower Gin topped with Delamotte Champagne and garnished with a lemon peel twist.
