14 Education -Training Code of Conduct Protected Disclosures Fraud Awareness Workplace Bullying and Harassment Educational Bulletins for staff
15 Building an Ethical Culture Building a sustainable and entrenched ethical culture requires far more than the traditional Code of Conduct induction The key is a holistic and integrated approach built on a strategic relationship with Human Resources
16 Code of Conduct Warringah approach: Face to face from Internal Ombudsman, supported by HR Separate from induction process Interactive and experiential Mandatory & regular every 2 years for all staff Since January 2010 over 740 staff trained
17 Workplace Bullying An ethical culture will only survive and thrive in a broader healthy organisational culture Workplace bullying and harassment are dominant causes of poor workplace culture Staff who feel aggrieved in an atmosphere of bullying will not regard ethics as a priority Therefore a holistic approach is crucial
