2 KEY MILESTONES RBPI Group has established modern and vertically integrated pig farm in Kaliningrad Region, Russia. It s production chain includes agriculture fields with own grain, fodder factory, boars and sows units for small piglets, and weaner and fatteners units for 30 to 109 kg slaughter pigs Production shows good results with birth rate of 33 piglets per sow, death rate at 12% and high daily gain of 0.9 kg at fatteners stables. The total capacity of the Farm is sows with healthy live pigs for sale per year. That is providing to the Company 1.5 billion rubles yearly revenue Positive experience in Kaliningrad, opportunities at the Russian meat market and state support makes the Company wanted to expand production in other parts of Russia closes to the main clients. The plan is to build 3 more farms with same size as in Kaliningrad in years with total investment budget 5,4 billions rubles It is the intention to continue investments after the 3 new farms will be built. The Company would like to build 7 more new farms in the period from It will increase the total production to more than 2 million slaughter pigs per year, and give the company a strong position with a market share of more than 6 % of the total pork meat produced in Russia

6 EXPANSION TO RUSSIA Both - the positive experience in Kaliningrad and favorable situation in Russian market make the Company willing to expand production in other part of Russia The plan is to build 3 new Farms in Russia The preferable place for new farm could be Nizhniy Novgorod or Penza which is close to the biggest meat market Moscow There are a very small number of modern pig farms and the short distance to Moscow will provide excellent opportunities both for local sales and sales in nearby market places Local Governments in both places promised the support Raw materials expected to be cheaper because its main suppliers are closer Business models will be copy and pasted from the model of successful Farm in Kaliningrad
