3 Chapter II - Organisation Organizer, Event The Weinviertler Hollabrunn Racing Team (WRT Hollabrunn), will organize at 22nd & 23rd October 2016 an Autocross Event at the WRT Ring A Hollabrunn, named WRT Weinland Trophy This event will be run according to the rules and the notice of WRT Hollabrunn and this data sheet and is counting not to a national or international championship. License: National and international licenses are accepted, but the WRT Hollabrunn reserves the right, licenses unacceptable for obvious physical and mental limitations for motorsports and provide not permitted to participate Timekeeping: The race is timed electronically by the Company Chronorace. Transponder + bracket are available locally and must be used by all drivers. With the deposit of the official driving license or the passport and 50,- deposit fee, the transponder and the holder will hand over. If the transponder is lost or destroyed, the transponder must be repay. There are no additional rental fees for the transponder and the bracket. 5 Entry fees may be refunded only: if the Competitor pull back his entry until Saturday 22 nd. October to the Competition. All drivers will be informed about the organizers promotion at the administrative checking and must put the labels to the explained position at the race cars.
