3 WELCOME Bella Center is an ultra-modern, state-of-theart venue, equipped with the very latest design and technology staging meetings and conferences, congresses, exhibitions and events. With a capacity of 20,000 delegates Bella Center is the largest congress venue in Scandinavia. And located only 5 minutes from Copenhagen International Airport and 8 minutes from the City Centre, it is ideal for any event. Bella Center offers 121,800 fully airconditioned square meters and more than 100 meeting rooms and auditoriums including a plenary hall for up to 12,000 persons. The venue is fully equipped with one of Europe s best state-of-the-art high-speed networks. The architecture is contemporary and in 2011 the venue was extended with Bella Sky Comwell Hotel Copenhagen offering 812 rooms and 27 meeting rooms. The hotel offering is the stunning largest in Scandinavia contemporary Scandi- navian architecture. It consists of two 76.5 metres high towers providing a remark-able new landmark in the Copenhagen skyline. All prices are indicative from January 1 st 2014 and exclusive of 25 % VAT.
