1 Sale /Lease Application The attached application to purchase or lease, whichever the case may be, must be completed in its entirety prior to submission to the Association and must include all requested attachments. Please indicate with "N/A" any item that is non-applicable. Do not omit it from the application package. Incomplete applications will be returned without review. A PERSONAL interview is required by the Association prior to occupancy; the Property Manager will contact you to schedule the interview. Effective July 1, 2016 a new law came into effect that requires an Association to process a TENANT application from a military service member within seven (7) days of submission of the application. A service member is any person serving as a member of the United States Armed Forces on Active Duty or State Active Duty and all members of the Florida National Guard and United States Reserve Forces. *****Copy of ID required. Sale only: Following the closing, a copy of the deed must be transmitted to the Managing agent, Signature Property Management. Failure to do so may delay billing and mailings. The Association is desirous of making all new residents feel welcome and relaxed at Lake Tuscany. Observing the rules is an integral part of the community concept.
