6 TM classification Implementation of WIPO-OHIM memorandum on classification: WIPO supports the EU harmonization WIPO acting as arbiter in case of a disagreement within the EU harmonisation Mutual exchange of their respective EN databases: DONE OHIM studying the degree of convergence between their databases (see which indications of goods and services can be accepted by both organizations under the Madrid and CTM procedures) IN PROGRESS
