24 AIN T SHE SWEET MONO WHITE LABEL PROMOTIONAL ISSUE ALBUM (Atco ) This is a very rare album that was issued in 1964 to capitalize on Beatlemania. The album has four songs by The Beatles with Tony Sheridan and eight songs sung by a group called The Swallows. Six of the eight songs sung by The Swallows are composed by Lennon-McCartney. The condition of the cover (comes in a standard cover) is a beautiful Near Mint condition and the PROMOTIONAL disc is in stunning Mint condition!! This particular copy is the best one that we are aware that exists. Page 73

27 THE BEATLES AT THE HOLLYWOOD BOWL (Capitol SMAS-11653) The album contains live tracks from both 1964 and 1965 that were performed at the concerts. This is the first pressing because the title has raised letters and ticket graphics. The condition of both the cover and the disc are in Near Mint condition. Page 76

28 THE BEATLES VI ORIGINAL SEALED MONO ALBUM (Capitol T-2358) This is The Beatles VI album that was issued by Capitol in This fantastic Beatles VI Mono album is in the original sealed condition!! It is very rare to find this album still originally sealed!! The original price tag is still on the album!! The back of the album cover states See label for correct playing order so this is a first pressing!! The number by the RIAA symbol on the back of the album cover is a 3. This designates that it is an east coast pressing. The condition of this album is a beautiful Near Mint condition! The shrink is brittle but nothing to worry about. The lower left hand corner has a push from something that was lying on it. There is a staple that is on the back of the album cover due to the price tag being stapled to the album cover. This is typical of east coast pressings because some of the stores on the east coast did staple the price tag to the cover! It is fairly easy to find this title, but it is ultra super rare to find this title in the great condition that this particular copy is in! This is the rarer west coast version (RIAA # 6)! Both the cover and the disc are in a very beautiful Near Mint minus condition! Page 79

It is fairly easy to find this title, but it is ultra super rare to find this title in the great condition that this particular copy is in! The cover is still in the original shrink-wrap that contains a price sticker and on the back of the cover there is no number by the RIAA symbol. The cover is in a very beautiful Near Mint Minus condition! The disc is in incredibly stunning Mint condition!! This is another fab copy!! Page 80

32 THE BEATLES STORY SEALED ORIGINAL MONO ALBUM (Capitol TBO-2222) This is The Beatles Story album that was issued by capitol in This is the Mono version of the title! This is a two disc set. This album features interviews with all four Beatles and snippets of songs. The album is in original sealed Near Mint/Mint condition. You can see the blue colored inner sleeves! The only problem with the album is that a small piece of shrink-wrap is missing from the front of the cover located closely to the bottom of the cover. This is just a really beautiful sealed specimen!! This particular title is very rare to find sealed!! In fact, of all of the Capitol titles this is the second rarest to find sealed!! This is a two disc set. This album features interviews with all four Beatles and snippets of songs. This is an original sealed album and the cover is in Near Mint/Mint condition! You can see the blue colored sleeves! There are absolutely no problems with the shrink. This is just an incredible sealed specimen!! This particular title is very rare to find sealed!! In fact, of all of the capitol titles this is the second rarest to find sealed!! I heard that within the past year a sealed copy sold for $5,000. Page 82

It is fairly difficult to find this title. It is super rare to find this title in original sealed condition!! The cover is in a very beautiful Near Mint condition!! There are two slight corner pushes. This is a Los Angeles printing because there is a number 5 by the RIAA symbol! The shrink is perfect! Just a beautiful example! Page 83

41 MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR SEALED STEREO ALBUM (Capitol SMAL-2835) This is a rare and stunning original sealed Stereo Magical Mystery Tour album that was issued in 1967! It is the original black label version and the cover has price stickers! This particular title is a gatefold album. These are much tougher to find sealed because people would want to open the album to see what was inside. Since it is sealed the booklet is 100 % intact! You see many copies of this album missing some pages from the booklet or the entire booklet is missing since the booklet is highly prone to having pages come unglued from the album. This particular copy is in around beautiful Near Mint/Mint condition! Page 90

This is one of the most popular albums that collectors want!! The condition of the cover is in a very beautiful Near Mint/Mint condition!! There is a small place on the upper left corner where there appears to be some ink. There are no tears, dings, creases, etc!! The back of the cover has a number 3 and there is no mention of George Martin. The color of the inner sleeve is yellow! Fab indeed! This particular album is special because of the fact that the cover has a PROMOTIONAL STAMP indicating that this copy is a PROMOTIONAL album!! Not many were!! The condition of this very rare album is that it has both a very beautiful Near Mint cover and a beautiful VG++ disc!! Page 94

53 REVOLVER ORIGINAL SEALED MONO ALBUM (Capitol T-2576) This is a still sealed original Mono Beatles Revolver album! The album was issued in This is a stunning copy of this particular album as it is in Near Mint/Mint condition! This particular copy does not have a number by the RIAA symbol on back of the cover. Revolver albums that have no number by the RIAA symbol are much harder to find than albums that have a number by the RIAA symbol. You can see the colored inner sleeve though it does not matter for Mono albums because the label did not change as it did for the Stereo versions. Thus a Mono disc is always an original black label color band. It is said that the Revolver album was the starting point for psychedelic music. There is a small J written on the back on the shrink. 54 REVOLVER ORIGINAL SEALED STEREO ALBUM (Capitol ST-2576) This is a still sealed original Stereo Beatles Revolver album! The album was issued in This is a stunning copy of this particular album in Near Mint condition! There are a few tiny tears in shrink. There are no corner bends or dings!! This particular copy does have a number 5 by the RIAA on back of the cover. This means that it is from a Los Angeles plant. You can see the yellow colored inner sleeve. It is said that the Revolver album was the starting point for psychedelic music. Page 103

The album was issued in This is a stunning copy of this particular album as it is in Near Mint/Mint condition! This particular copy does not have a number by the RIAA symbol on back of the cover. Revolver albums that have no number by the RIAA symbol are much harder to find than albums that have a number by the RIAA symbol. You cannot see what color the inner sleeve is. I cannot express just how difficult this particular title is to find in fab condition!! According to Bruce Spizer these special record club issues are very difficult to find!! What makes this particular title special is that it could only be purchased via mail-order only through the Capitol Record Club!! The cover construction is different than your standard capitol LP s! There are three bars that appear in the upper left front of the cover & the serial is different ST !!! This very rare record club LP is difficult to find in any condition!! The cover which still has the original shrink-wrap is in very beautiful stunning Near Mint condition and the disc is in a beautiful Near Mint Minus condition!! This is about as good as it gets! This is the very rare green label Capitol Record Club album!! This album was only issued through the Capitol Record Club! Rubber Soul albums that came from the Capitol Record Club have an 8 prefix on the cover and disc label! The cover also has three slashes at the top of the album cover. There is one soft corner on the lower right. There is a hint of yellowing on the lower back Near the mouth of the cover. At first glance it appears to be a first state butcher cover! To get a history of this great album refer to the book on capitol albums put out by Bruce Spizer. The cover is 100% peeled with no tears!! What this means is that when the trunk slick was peeled off revealing the butcher slick it was a perfect removal of the trunk slick as the butcher slick underneath is 100% in tact. There is also no glue residue that is so prevalent with third state butcher covers! All seams and the spine are in true Near Mint condition! There are no repairs as is the case with many third state butchers; especially the Stereo version! The RIAA number located on the back of the cover is # 2. This makes this a rarer butcher cover as only the # 4 (Jacksonville plant) is rarer than this one! Overall the cover is in a beautiful Near Mint condition! The album comes with a Near Mint disc!
