1 CLASSES IN OUR YOGA LOFT STRONG CLASSES SUNRISE POWER EXPRESS YOGA (30 degrees, 50 minutes): If you like your Yoga strong, quick and with up-beat tunes, then this is the class for you. Our early morning classes are 50 transformative minutes of sweaty bliss designed to ease the transition from the stillness of morning heartbeats to the pace of the urban jungle. Slightly shorter (50 min only), our Sunrise Sessions prepare you to greet the day with special up-beat sunrise music while you'll set a dedication, move, breathe and rock out, ready to hit the pavement with a glowing, intention filled smile. BODHI POWER YOGA (32 degrees, 60 minutes): Some really do like it strong, hot, dark and loud. This yoga class will fire up your core strength as you practice proper Yoga posture alignment, flow through demanding yoga sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath to movement. Our Bodhi Power Flow is set to inspiring, loud tunes handpicked by our yoga team. Expect to be physically and mentally challenged. This class will move at a quicker pace. We welcome all students, but do suggest you have some experience with yoga as this is taught at an intermediate level. SCULPT YOGA (28 degrees, 50 minutes) Sculpt Yoga is a physically challenging form of yoga incorporating light hand weights to tone and sculpt your muscles and to improve flexibility and stamina while following a sequence of yoga traditional poses. This class will boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. BODHI HOT CORE (not yoga) (28 degrees, 50 minutes) It s time to challenge + change your body the Bodhi way. Inspired by BootCamp programs, this class is set to highoctane music and combines strength training with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to help tone your body, increase cardio endurance and boost metabolism with lots of focus on core work and getting those abs into action. This is performed in a heated studio.
2 MEDIUM INTENSITY CLASSES SLOW FLOW (28 degrees, 60 minutes): Find balance & feel nurtured, yet challenged. Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. Our SLOW class is set to up-beat tunes, and is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace. This class which is suitable for all levels of students. BODHI PULSE Bodhi Pulse is the perfect Sunday afternoon class combining all the things we love: a soothing SLOW FLOW set to soothing but loud BEATS. Our DIMMED Yoga Loft will be lit up with PROJECTION ART to give you a fully IMMERSIVE yoga experience. Feel the beat, feel your breath, feel your pulse. CHILLED, RELAXING AND RESTORATIVE CLASSES RELEASE & RESTORE (28 degrees, 60 minutes): Using tennis balls, we will incorporate various methods of releasing myofascial tissue in historically tight areas of the body, such as the hips, lower back, shoulders, neck, and feet. With a mixture of tennis and golf ball work, restorative postures, and targeted stretching, your body will completely let go and feel at ease by the end of each class, whilst releasing stress and tension in the mind. This class is suitable for all levels and recommended for athletes and yogis alike looking for a complement to their existing yoga practice, exercise regimen, or vigorous lifestyle. YIN (28 degrees, 60 or 75 minutes): Yin yoga mixed with some blissful warmth and chilled beats, is the perfect way to unwind from strenuous activity and stress. The opposite of Yang, Yin encourages stillness of the body through holding postures for three to five minutes, thereby applying moderate stress to the connective tissues thus increasing circulation in the joints and improving overall flexibility. This class is recommended for anyone seeking to release stress and restore the body s flow of energy, and is highly recommended for athletes and yogis who need to slow down and restore body and mind. YIN & NIDRA (24 degrees, 60 min): Enter Bodhi Nidra and experience profoundly deep states of consciousness and regeneration of your whole system, even as a beginner. This class is a contemporary model, specifically designed for Bodhi & Ride lovers. Mudra, pranayama, relaxation practices and pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) will be used to prepare the mind and body, stimulating the subtle energies of our prana (vital force). Yoga nidra takes us through a process of quieting the brain waves just as in sleep. Receiving the proper rest enhances functioning of the brain, immune and metabolic systems, improving overall physical health and leading to higher energy, fewer colds, creativity and focus. 45 minutes of yoga nidra is as restorative as 3 hours of sleep.
3 BODHI ZEN This is our new Friday evening meditation class which includes a mix of meditation, candle light and very gentle and soothing poses which open up your body, so you can let go of your week, and re-set for a weekend of bliss. All of this will be set to a zen soundscape, allowing you to unplug, restore and daydream your busy life away in the sanctuary of our Yoga Loft. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
4 CLASSES IN OUR RIDE CHAMBER RIDE45 Foundations (45 min) A great way to get started. We'll teach you all you need to know about riding at Bodhi & Ride. We focus on the basics proper set-up, how your body should look and feel on the bike, and a breakdown of the signature RIDE moves before we take you on a beat-based RIDE which includes calorie burning endurance intervals, combined with weighted sectors to activate the whole body, the whole time. We recommend you participate in at least 3 Foundation classes before booking into a RIDE45 class. RIDE45 (45 min) Turn up the resistance, fire up your core, and grab your weights. This is our signature RIDE45 class with additional weighted sectors that will sculpt your upper body, build your strength, and take you to the next level. Expect more varied moves on the bike, taking you deeper physically and spiritually. Ride45 is where our RIDE Method really comes to life. We recommend that you ride at least 3 RIDE 45 Foundation classes before joining us for Ride45 RIDE35 EXPRESS (35 min) This class is specifically designed for the busy person who struggles to find the time to fit exercise into their work day. Turn up the resistance, fire up your core, and grab your weights in this shorter (35 min) but super intense class you get the same workout but in less time.
5 CLASSES IN OUR UNPLUG POD GUIDED MINDFUL MEDITATION Through meditation we can access a deep stillness and inner peace. Mindful meditation is a simple yet highly effective way to release stress and unlock an inner peace and calm available within each of us. This 30-minute class will help you move to a more present experience that cultivates greater mental focus, clarity, creativity, and overall wellbeing. Allow us to gently guide your mind away from external stress to a place of inner ease and peace. This class is appropriate for both beginners and seasoned meditators. HO OPONOPONO MEDITATION is an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. If we are all connected, then if one heals themselves, they will heal the world around them. When our seven chakras are open the prana (energy, life force) flows through the body, while a blockage lead to injury, illness or imbalance in one s life. SOUND MEDITATION In this intention based sound meditation you will be given the opportunity for the mind, body and spirit to relax and rebalance. The unique tones from the titanium singing bowls will quiet the mind and cleanse away unwanted energies. The benefits can amplify one s own focus in clearing their energy field, while supporting the emotional, mental bodies and decreasing anxiety and releasing any attachments.
