4 Design Methodology: Case Study Sample 4 Nursing leaders who worked in key position were interviewed Data collection tool: Review of existing documents Desk search and net surfing Structured interview questionnaire

5 Time Period Results: Program 5 Quality of Education Teachimg Methods Curriculum Nursing Research Only Three school of Nursings with Diploma in Nursing and Diploma in Midwifery. Four additional SON established Apprentiship Model Traditional method of lecture and Rot learning No standardized curriculum No concept of research and scholarly work by a Nurse

7 NURSING REGULARITY BODY Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) was formed after the constitution of 1973 PNC started as regulatory body for: All provinces of Pakistan to regulate the Provincial Examination Boards i.e.: NWFP NEB SNEB PNEB Balochistan NEB PNC became member of International Council of Nursing (ICN) 7
