2 THE 3 HUNTING GROUNDS HUNTING GROUNDS N hectares free range in Northern Bohemia with an altitude from 300 to 700 m.a.s.l. Around hectares are covered with forests, 3000 hectares with meadows, fields and ponds. The amazing pine and spruce forests are spaced out by oak and beech forests, meadows and ponds. In these huge open grounds you find a very good population of fallow deer (with trophies up to silver medal) and roe deer (with average trophies up to 70 CIC). There is also a more limited population of red deer and mouflon (gold medal red stag and silver medal mouflon were hunted there in the last hunting seasons). Last but not least gripping mixed driven hunts (wild boars, red deer and fallow deer) are managed in a very professional way during each hunting season. A view of hunting grounds n. 1 HUNTING GROUNDS N. 2 Game preserve with an extension of around 550 hectares and an altitude from 250 to 500 m.a.s.l. mainly covered with mixed pine and spruce forests spaced out by rock faces, meadows, oaks and beech. The difference in altitude and the rock faces make the hunt in his game preserve absolutely no easy. There is an excellent population of mouflon and fallow deer up to strong gold medal trophies.

An altitude lower than 300 meters and flat terrain together with deciduous forests provides very good condition especially for mouflon (with trophies up to gold medal) but also roe-buck and wild boar hunting. Wild boar driven hunts with a game pack of pieces a day are managed in a very professional way during each hunting season. 7 ACCOMODATION ACCOMODATION FOR A HUNT IN HUNTING GROUNDS N. 1-2 OPTION N. 1: 3 HUNTING LODGES The hunting guests can settle in three hunting lodges. The main one has the capacity of 16 beds, divided to 7 rooms, two rooms (2+2 beds) has own bathroom, the other ones have the bathroom on the floor. The hunting lodge has electrical heating but the guests can use hearthstone if they prefer. There is also roofed sitting area and a fireplace outside. Half board menu can be provided in this hunting lodge with the below mentioned prices.

8 The other two hunting lodges are more basic and no meal services are served. The hunting guests can prepare their meals using the kitchen of the hunting lodge.

Each room is furnished in a traditional hunting style features a TV with satellite channels. The hotel provide WiFi, free parking and a terrace with outdoor furnishings and lake views. Barbecue facilities are provided in the garden for free and an on-site restaurant is available. 15 PAYMENT TERMS - DEPOSIT A deposit according the order to be paid by booking a hunting stay. The deposit can be returned only in case of the cancellation by hunting structure organizing the driven hunt. Balance: by cash at the end of the hunt directly to the hunting enterprise. GENERAL TERMS OF THE HUNTING ENTERPRISE 1. Client is obliged to provide to the hunting enterprise copy his/her national hunting license and copy of valid I.D. As the base for the issue of Czech hunting license and obligatory insurance. To be provided (photocopies) at least one month in advance, otherwise not agreed in written form other way. 2. Hunting guest needs hunting structure s invitation to bring hunting weapons to the Czech Republic, it will be issued based on document providing according to upper mentioned point. 2. Prices of hunting services will be charged according price list, trophy game according to CIC point value, otherwise not agreed in written form other way % additional surcharge to trophy will be counted in case of shooting of game not approved by hunting guide. 5. Each hunt must be paid by hunting guest at latest at the end of the hunting stay 6. The hunting structure has the right to require a deposit in range of 10-20% from ordered value.
