6 Welcome to the Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Center. Our management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. By entering this facility you agree to abide by these posted rules. If you do not agree, please leave the facility. Important Please Read For the safety and security of our guests, the following items are not permitted into Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Center (Venue). Our policy is to provide a safe, family-friendly atmosphere for all visitors, employees, and volunteers. Therefore, we will refuse entry or admission to anyone wearing clothing or paraphernalia indicating or signifying membership in a gang, including a motorcycle club. This policy is applied equally to all persons, regardless of their sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability or medical condition. All entrants agree to be imaged by venue staff to support incidence reporting or law enforcement efforts APPROPRIATE DRESS REQUIRED No Gang Emblems, Colors or Insignias No Bare Feet No Wallet Chains No Spiked Clothing or Jewelry No Inappropriate or Offensive attire as defined by Management. No ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, ILLEGAL DRUGS NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND NO FIREWORKS OR PROJECTILES NO ARTIFICIAL NOISEMAKERS OF ANY KIND NO LASER POINTERS NO SCOOTERS, BICYCLES, ROLLERSKATES AND SKATEBOARDS NO NON-SERVICE ANIMALS ANY ITEM DEEMED BY MANAGEMENT TO BE DANGEROUS OR INAPPROPRIATE OR THAT MAY DISRUPT OTHER FANS ENJOYMENT OF THE EVENT ARE PROHIBITED SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS AND NEVER AT YOUTH SPECIFIC EVENTS. DISABLED PARKING PLACARDS MAY BE CHECKED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT TO ENSURE THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN ISSUED THE PLACARD BY THE STATE IS PRESENT IN THE VEHICLE. GENERAL POLICIES ALL PERSONS AND ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH. REFUSAL OF ANY GUEST TO COOPERATE WILL RESULT IN NON-ADMITTANCE INTO THE VENUE. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND OR ITEMS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED.

7 MORGAN HILL OUTDOOR SPORTS CENTER (MHOSC.COM) PROHIBITED ITEMS LIST Prohibited Items in the Facility No animals or pets allowed in the center grounds including the parking lot No vehicles, trailers, carts etc allowed on facility beyond designated parking areas without MHOSC written authorizations. No advertisement, banners may be displayed without MHOSC authorization. No persons shall sell, vend, peddle, or distribute any merchandise or property whatsoever, or sell tickets or solicit contributions for political, religious or other purposes within the boundaries of the facility, except as authorized by the MHOSC General Manager. No person shall attach to the facility any materials, devices or equipment for the purpose of advertising or decorating that facility or for any other purpose without first having obtained the permission of the MHOSC General Manager. No open fires, grills, cooking appliances or tailgating allowed on the grounds or parking areas. No amplified sound unless authorized by the MHOSC General Manager Golf, model airplanes, rocketry etc is prohibited without MHOSC authorization. No bicycles, scooters, inline skates etc allowed on the fields or grounds. No noisemakers including vuvuzelas, horns etc permitted in the center. No fuel heaters permitted in the center. Alcohol, illegal substances, tobacco and other forms of smoking are prohibited No fireworks or other explosives permitted in the center. Possession and discharge of firearms, weapons or other projectile systems are prohibited and will be immediately reported to the police. Prohibited Items on the Turf Fields In addition to the Center s list of prohibited items above, the following items are further prohibited on the Turf Fields and bleacher areas due to the special nature of these facilities. Only water allowed on turf fields no Gatorade or halftime snacks on the turf. Food & beverage items are allowed in spectator seating areas only No Gum, sunflower seeds, peanuts or other micro debris food waste generators Tobacco chewing or spitting is NOT allowed and is strictly prohibited. No Glass containers or breakable ceramics of any kind. No Awnings, Tents, or shade structures unless authorized by site manager Only Players, Coaches, managers, Referees, or officials allowed onto the Turf Fields Report any dangerous conditions to the Field Marshall, onsite security, or MHOSC staff SAVE THE FIELDS Please Respect Ground Under Repair Signs Stay off Grass When Wet or Frost Covered The Site Manager or Event Host reserve the right to have removed: anyone abusive, violating rules, or those with non-cooperative attitudes, will be excused.
