I will abide by all rules and regulations governing the pageant. 7. I am not a family member of any FunAsiA Employee, Owner, Director, etc. I hereby release, unconditional and forever, FunAsiA along with their officers, directors, partners, employees, owners, management, agents, assigns and representatives from any and all claims, now or in the future related to any honors, rights, or awards sought by me as a contestant in FunAsiA s Beauty Pageant; FunAsiA's Miss SouthAsiA I will hold harmless and indemnify such pageants and the related parties as listed above from any and all claims that I or my representative may have. Such indemnification to include any and or all fees (including attorney s fees), costs and other expenses incurred by or on behalf of the above actions or causes of action. 4 Page 4 of 4 The competition is divided in 3 categories: 1) Evening Gown 2) Talent 3) Ethnic Wear Judges Q/A In final round only. The judges will be looking for an all around winner. She may not be the most outstanding in any one category yet she will score highly in all categories. The judging is based on poise, personality, intelligence and beauty. In addition to choosing FunAsiA s Beauty Pageant; FunAsiA's Miss SouthAsiA 2015, awards may be presented to the Most Photogenic, Miss Congeniality, Best Smile, Best Walk, or any other title(s). PHOTOS: In addition to the picture(s) in your program ad, you will need to provide 1, 5"x7" color photo, head and shoulder shot, of the same pose, printed vertically, without crown or sash. Photogenic Awards will be presented to the contestant in each division determined to have the best photograph by our judges.
