Our production plant is in Vellinge, just south of Malmö. In two bright, ultra-modern factories, just over 50 employees work on the development, manufacture and sale of products in the fields of fire safety, comfort ventilation and industrial ventilation. Quicker and safer: over the years we have increased flexibility and cut delivery times without sacrificing any of our quality requirements. We have been present on the Swedish market for 40 years. 5 To ensure the very best end result, we powder-coat and wet-paint all our various products in our own paint shop. The most repetitive aspects of the work are carried out by fully automated robots with perfect results. An innovative partner with high ambitions For a long time now, our business has been developing along very positive lines. That is why we have invested in new production facilities, so that we now have a total area of 10,000 m 2 at our disposal. Thanks to the ample space, we have been able to rationalize our processes, increase flexibility and cut delivery times. Cutting-edge of product development 6 Our approach to product development is based on the belief that problems are there to be solved. Many of our products have been developed in response to problems, both functional and aesthetic. Today we have a very wide range of products the result of experience, know how and dynamic product development. Thanks to our very rewarding cooperation with customers, architects and HVAC consultants, we can gain permanent insight into the needs of the market. Our unique development group then develops products that match the market demand. The development group also works on upgrading existing products and streamlining the manufacturing processes with a view to further improving quality and efficiency. We also have a separate laboratory where we can combustion-test fire safety products and carry out airflow measurements. We do all this with the sole aim of finding the optimum solution to your needs. Unique analyses with CFD Our computer-based CFD simulation tool provides us with excellent opportunities for analysing and simulating complex flow and heating problems, allowing us to optimise our design solutions.

Using the lines of the architect s design as our starting point, we can tailor our products to fully harmonise with the building. Tailored products for flexible choices In spite of our comprehensive range, it sometimes happens that our customers need a product we do not stock. So for instance, it may be some special functionality or dimension which is required, or a shape or colour we have not produced in the past. Though market requirements and needs keep changing, our development group works incessantly on developing and adapting our range to respond to customer expectations. Equally, we can tailor products to specific requirements. 7 To meet customer expectations we have invested in some very efficient industrial plant. We also have our very own paint shop on site for powdercoating or wet-painting, sand-blasting and surface finishing. With high quality and minimal environmental impact as our hallmark, we aim to exceed your expectations. Skill and expertise down to the last detail Modern machinery is all well and good, but to manufacture special products you also need sound craftsmanship from your staff as well as a considerable degree of experience. That is why we have developed a model range, EKO DesignLine, that meets the highest expectations in terms of both functionality and design. Using the lines of the architect s design as our starting point, we ensure the products are completely at one with the building, or, alternatively, that they stand out to provide ornamentation in their own right. 11 A strong range for your needs With a wide product range, we satisfy most of the market s needs when it comes to products for ventilation and fire safety. But the range is not static. New products and updates of existing ones are constantly on the agenda. As the needs of customers change and evolve, we continuously develop and improve our range to suit. Your needs dictate how we develop our products. In our ventilation range you will find products such as dampers, roof hoods, roof ducts, mesh grilles, inspection doors, louvres and external louvres. Our fire safety products include fire and combustion gas dampers, decompression dampers, inert gas dampers and various control and monitoring systems. We aim to ensure our products have minimal environmental impact, but as long a service life as possible. That is why we make all products for outdoor use from aluzinc sheet with 185 g/m 2 coating, corresponding to corrosivity class C4. 11

12 12 Fans for combustion gases and ventilation In addition to ventilation products, our range also includes a wide choice of combustion gas fans as well as fans for comfort ventilation and industrial ventilation. The fans are developed and manufactured by the German firm of TLT-Turbo GmbH, one of the world s leading fan suppliers. The products are well known for their high quality, efficiency and reliability in operation, as well as cost-effectiveness and general dependability. TLT s products, which have been on sale in Sweden for over 40 years now, have often set the standard. This is true not least when it comes to fire safety and the development of combustion gas fans for the mechanical ventilation of combustion gases. Like EKO, TLT sets great store on the continuous development of its products to respond to customers changing needs. In TLT s range of fans, we are able to offer a high technical standard and security for every type of building.
