2 Welcome To Treasure Valley Community College s Building Construction Technology Snake River Correctional Institution Snake River Correctional Institution (SRCI): SRCI is an Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) Medium / Maximum Facility located Near Ontario, Oregon Treasure Valley Community College (TVCC): TVCC is a two year Community College, located in Ontario, Oregon Building Construction Technology (BCT): BCT is a Work Force Development Program at SRCI, in cooperation with TVCC. This education program is designed to provided inmates with work skills to gain employment upon release. Students learn how to plan, design and construct homes, furniture, cabinets and fine woodworking. The proceeds of items sold by this program are used to purchase materials and tools to aid in the program s continued success. Thank You!!
