Sports Testing will be on-site at Austin Tindall Park on the front training field (Monday & Tuesday) AYF Awards Ceremony Circle will take place on the Combine Field. Awards ceremonies will follow each team s final game of the tournament. On Sale at Austin Tindall Park: Official Event Apparel and souvenirs On-site sales of event photography and videos, courtesy of Lifetouch Sports and Varsity Media Discounted tickets to area theme parks Tickets to the AYF Universal Studios Florida party on Thursday, December 8 th. Tournament information: Updated brackets, game times, and team match-ups will be updated live on the BRACKET BOARD at Austin Tindall Park and posted nightly at Tournament Brackets will not be distributed until the Coaches Meeting on December 3rd. FOOTBALL SPECTATOR PRICES: TYPE OF PASS Adult Youth (15 & Under) Children (6 & Under) Football Day Passes $15 $5 Free Football Week Passes $35 $15 Free Please note: It is encouraged to buy your week football passes at Omni Resort to avoid traffic back up and delays at Austin Tindall Park; however day and week passes can be bought at the park gate as well. The Football Week Pass does NOT grant entry to the cheer competition. Credentialed AYF Football coaches, Players, Partners, AYC Cheer Coaches and AYC cheerleaders (in uniform) will be granted free entry to all football games. 3

4 CHEER EVENT DETAILS HOST VENUE: THE LAKELAND CENTER, 12/10-12/ West Lime Street Lakeland, FL National Championships will be held in The Lakeland Center AYC Awards Ceremony will be held in two sessions per day *all times subject to change National Cheer Competition Timeline Saturday Sunday Box Office Opens 7:30am 7:30am The Lakeland Center opens to public 7:30am 7:30am First Performance takes the mat 8:30am 8:30am The competition and award ceremonies conclude 10:30pm 9:00pm Please Note: Teams must arrive AT LEAST 1 hour prior to scheduled performance time The Performance schedule will be posted at when it is available. The AYC National Championship is FREE to all CREDENTIALED AYF Football Players and Coaches. HALL OF FAME INDUCTION Hall Of Fame VIP Reception will be by invite only and welcome all VIP credentialed attendees. This year, we have five dedicated individuals who will be honored. The Induction Ceremony will take place at the Omni Resort. Start time will be 6:30pm. *This is an invite only event 4

5 AYF/AYC OFFICIAL PARTY at UNIVERSAL ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE AYF and AYC have the opportunity to enjoy Universal Studios Florida theme park on Thursday, December 8 th from 7:00pm to 11:00pm. It is a great way for teams and squads to hang out and meet other AYF and AYC athletes. Tickets will be sold at the Omni Resort and ATP during the hours listed below. All Participants AYF and AYC, friends, family and fans are WELCOME! Please note: We have a limited number of tickets. There is no guarantee that tickets will be sold at Universal Studios Florida gate. Please purchase your tickets prior to December 8 th. This event has sold out in the past, so we strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets as soon as possible. NO Event Credentials will be accepted for free entry (not even Partner Credentials) Universal s Islands of Adventure Details Ticket Price $45.00 Date Thursday, December 8, 2016 Time 7:00pm 11:00pm DISCOUNTED THEME PARK and LOCAL ATTRACTION TICKETS Local attraction and theme park tickets can be bought at special AYF/AYC discount prices at Omni Resort during open hours and at Austin Tindall Park during scheduled football game times.
