4 Customs Clearance Invoices: We advise you to use our invoice form for all shipments except shipments arriving under ATA Carnet. Goods that will not return after exhibition must always be declared on proforma invoice. There must be separate invoices for permanent and temporary goods. All invoices must have a specific list of items with individual and total value on each, and with valid HS.code. Do not use: No Commercial Value Invoices must be consigned to: On-Site Norway AS c/o Name of Exhibition Telenor Arena 1360 Fornebu Please note that all permanent clearance is subject to 25% VAT on CIF Value. Customs DOES NOT accept terms like: 1. Complete knock down exhibition stand 2. Exhibition material 3. Give aways 4. Booth material Foodstuff, beverages, alcohol, tobacco and weapons CAN NOT be shipped.

5 Empty storage Insurance Courier & Postal Shipments We strongly recommend exhibitors not to send courier or postal shipments directly to the showsite. If you do send goods by courier we suggest you send it to our warehouse address mentioned under roadfreight. For postal packages we recommend to send to our office address. Please contact us for further details. We do not accept responsibility for courier shipments addressed directly to showsite, or shipments not consigned to us. If you want assistance with shipments, please contact us for referral to an agent in your country which will be able to offer assistance on our behalf. We strongly recommend all exhibitors to arrange for insurance of all exhibition material. The insurance should cover transport to and from exhibition, and storage and display during the exhibition period. All empty packing material must be stored during the exhibition, and must be marked by our empty labels. The cases are considered as empty as soon as they are labeled. We do not accept responsibility for any material left in the cases after this. Please ensure you chose packing material for return goods that will sustain handling and storage during exhibition.

6 Contact Terms of operation Payment We accept following methods of payment: - Advance bank transfer Copy of transfer required before delivery is made - Credit card (Mastercard / VISA) - Cash: NOK, USD and EUR accepted - If you ship through one of our agents, you will be billed according to your arrangement with the agent All work undertaken by On-Site Norway AS is transacted subject to latest edition of The General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders NSAB, which i.e. limit our liability and entitle us to cover our freight charges. Furthermore we cannot be held responsible for delays/damages caused by political problems, lock-outs, strikes, war, military operations or anything considered force majeure.
