Implementation of a supplier centric model; Denmark Data hub in 2013, new version will be launched 1 st April 2016 Smart metering from 2020 Combined billing is planned to be introduced 1 st April 2016 The supplier takes care of the moving processes since 1st of March 2013 Supplier centric switching with the implementation of the wholesale model 1 st April
11 2. Implementation of a supplier centric model; Finland Finngrid(TSO) is currently developing the functionalities of a national datahub Smart meters rolled out Supplier centric switching process Moving and billing processes pending hub-development 11
12 2. Implementation of a supplier centric model; Norway Establishment of data hub is underway and will be operational from Feb Smart meters from 2019 Supplier centric moving and billing will be changed when the data hub is operational Already supplier centric moving process 12
13 2. Implementation of a supplier centric model Svenska Kraftnät (TSO) has been given the task to develop and run a data hub. Smart metering in place, new SM functionalities suggested by NRA June 2015 Ei has been given the task to revise the legal framework suitable for a hub supplier centric; moving, billing Supplier centric switching process is in place 13

Further work NordREG has identified two areas of key importance for future work that will enable a competitive market where the customer will be able to engage actively and reap the benefits of competition: access to information and enabling the development of energy services and demand response Flexibility in the Nordic market proposed study Information exchange and sharing of experiences among NRAs on development of hubs and PCTs 14
