2 MASTER PROFIT PLAN YOUR LEGACY YOUR LEGACY THIS WORKSHEET IS TO HELP YOU GET CLEAR ON YOUR LEGACY AND HOW TO MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR GOALS FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I m going to teach you exactly what you need to do to set real attainable goals for your business and how to move forward. By the time you complete this worksheet you ll have a clear mapped out plan and goals set for your success. This can be overwhelming, but remember: it s all about baby steps. I didn t get here overnight and you don t need to either. If you re looking for a plan, for someone to show you the way, and to learn exactly what it will take for you to be successful, then this formula that is perfect for you. Because whatever your profession is, you want to make sure what you re investing in will help move your business forward. We re going to do this with my Legacy Formula. When you know how to use this process, you ll never have to worry about falling short of your big goals. You want to be able to find out what your audience wants, and deliver it to them in a mindful way that shows integrity.

3 1. Embrace the entrepreneur mindset. The first step is to embrace the mindset of an entrepreneur. This comes in 3 importants parts and we ll walk through each one: Part 1. Before you get into future goals and plans - it s super important to take an assessment of where you re at right now, and make sure your focus is on the right things. Use the spaces below to answer the following questions: What are you currently doing to generate income? What are your rates or how much do you currently charge? How much money are you currently making? 4 of 5

4 What does your daily life look like? How does your business fit into your daily life? How much free time do you have (or not have) for your friends and family? These questions are important to consider because before you start setting goals for yourself, you need to understand where you are right now. This gives you a very accurate picture of what you re doing, how much you re making, and how much time you re spending in different areas of your life. 5 of 5

5 VIDEO I / THE 5 KEYS TO ONLINE BUSINESS YOUR SUCCESS LEGACY Part 2: Embracing the entrepreneur s mindset means embracing some of the core principles of an entrepreneur: Learning to embrace failure as feedback Adopting the hustle mentality Trusting in yourself Overcoming analysis paralysis and stepping into action Each of these core values mean something different to most people, but being aware of how to find feedback in every response (positive or negative), understanding that hustle means everything when it s all you ve got, trusting yourself and the skills you have, and overcoming the fear of not looking perfect are invaluable principles for success. Use the space below to talk about what your business stands for, whether it s freedom, possibility, family, impact, support, service, etc and what that means to you. Make sure to write about how you are forwarding those values and principles through your business.

7 VIDEO I / THE 5 KEYS TO VIDEO ONLINE II / CURRENT BUSINESS YOUR ANALYSIS SUCCESS LEGACY Once you ve completed exploring your core values, take some time to reflect on how true to those values your business has been. It may be aligned with those values at all time, or you may find that there are some areas of your business that could use some work. Wherever you are is 100% ok. It s important to notice where you are and compare with what your vision is.

8 2. Develop a Profit Plan The next thing you need to focus on is developing a clear profit plan. Decide which profit path is right for you and create a plan based on that. If you are having trouble figuring out which profit path will best support your goals, remember to recall your vision. If your vision is alive and engaged you ll always be able to course correct toward it. Ultimately here s what you need to know about growing your business online: You need to decide these 3 things to build a foundation of your business. First: Decide the impact you want to create. Make sure you re passionate about the business you re creating and that you ll have fun doing it. You need to be invested in the legacy and impact you re creating, both in your own life and the people you ll impact with your business. Second: Decide how much you want to make. This gives you a concrete number in your business of what you want to make. You MUST get clear on a financial plan for your business so you can reach that number AND make an impact. Third: Decide a deadline to make that amount. Setting a timeline for your goals is key in achieving them. Having goals with a by when date on them is what s really going to hold you accountable.

9 Part 3. Craft Your Offer Once you ve decided which profit path is right for you, you need to decide what your offer is going to be. In order to do this though, you need to figure out: who your ideal customer is (create an avatar) how to reach your perfect customer ( , social media, public speaking, training) how to package your content (online course, website, physical packaging) what your price point will be (consider the value of your offering and what kind of pull you have in your area of expertise) Use the space below to explore those your customer, how to reach them, your content, and your price point.

10 Part 4. Build Powerful Branding Branding is a huge part of online business- if your brand is weak, people won t pay attention to you. Develop some key elements of your personal brand and create a long term brand strategy. Take a little time to do some research on entrepreneurs you like that have an incredible website and online presence. Use the space below to take notes on what you see that you like, what you don t like, and what you know you could improve on regarding their website, their social media pages (facebook, instagram, twitter, periscope, snapchat, pinterest), their youtube videos. Then explore how you can implement some of those ideas and aspects into your own online presence.

11 Part 5. Scale Your Massive Following You re going to need some press, and you ll need to develop what it takes to get the attention of major media outlets and rise above the noise, and also to grow your list. The key to getting more eyes on your business is through blogging, writing articles, and creating videos and submitting them to larger (or at least larger than your business is) companies and platforms. You want to get other people excited about recommending your business. Make a list of magazines, websites, blogs, or youtube channels you would love to see yourself featured in or on. Once you have your list, take down ideas of what you would contribute to their platform or media and how you would make that valuable for them. 12 Part 6: Master Sales You need to become comfortable with selling yourself or your product without feeling guilty or spammy, and learn how to turn traffic into leads, leads into sales, and customers into raving fans. You want to harness the amazing power of marketing and increase your authority through the s you send to your list. Use the following space to talk about yourself and your offering in the most positive light possibly can. No one will read this but you, so use this exercise to sell yourself in any way you see fit. The key to mastering sales tactics is to practice. Once you ve finished raving about yourself, look for the good qualities that really resonate with you and that you find you are proud of. Those are the qualities that you ll want to show off in your interactions, brand, and presence- so start embracing all that is great about you. 14 Part 7: Systems and Processes The final step in the Legacy Formula is creating solid systems and processes that work for you. This includes successful morning and evening routines, and creating a schedule that works for you.you want to set yourself up to be productive, organized, and with healthy habits. To do this, you ll need to embrace automation and outsourcing - learn how to delegate things you re not good at, or things that you shouldn t be spending your time on. Use the space below to brainstorm some tasks that could be passed on to a VA or someone else on your team- project management, accounting, and customer service are all great places to start. If you re working solo, explore how investing in a new employee or VA could help your business grow. 15 That s the Legacy Formula. Remember, you don t need to learn and execute every detail today. It s all about taking small steps and working toward your vision. This formula works - you just have to follow it. Entrepreneurship isn t easy, but the rewards are huge. If you can always keep an eye on your vision, always take the next step toward that, then you ll be successful. Get clear about the result and the impact the success of your business will have on your life, the lives of your family and those around you, and notice if that brings up any powerful feelings.
