2 WHO ARE WE? The Small Business Web is the trade association of over 1,000 companies selling cloud software to small businesses. Members include Google Cloud Platform, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Xero, Batchbook, Citrix, Cloud Elements, Olark live chat, and more. There needed to be a place for the SMB cloud software industry to join, gather, discuss, and build their industry. Since 2011, that place has been The Small Business Web. Through a series of events, meetups, happy hours and webinars The Small Business Web provides the forum for executives across the industry to meet privately, discuss industry issues, learn from each other, and close partnership, integrations and channel deals.
