The hotel is approximately 28 miles from Liverpool s John Lennon Airport and 36 miles from Manchester Airport. Ellesmere Port and its associated industry are within close proximity to the hotel. Fire risk assessment We have assumed that a suitable and sufficient Fire Risk Assessment has been carried out.
