1 2015 SIX FLAGS RULES AND REGULATIONS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PAGE HELLO GRAD NITE COORDINATORS & ORGANIZERS! We are thrilled that you have chosen for your GRAD NITE event. We would like to congratulate all of the graduates as well as the teachers on a job well done. We look forward to making this night one you will never forget. Enclosed in this packet are important guidelines for GRAD NITE at. Please read through them carefully and share this information with all students, coordinators, organizers, chaperones, and administrators involved. By signing this agreement I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Six Flags Grad Nite rules and regulations. I will ensure that every student and chaperone knows, understands, and adheres to the Six Flags Grad Nite rules and regulations. Additionally, I will give a copy of the rules and regulations to all chaperones and a copy of the dress code to all students. I understand it is my responsibility to make sure that all students and their guests adhere to our dress code before they board the buses traveling to Six Flags. 2 TICKET INFORMATION Below is a list of the different ticket options for GRAD NITE at. 1. GRAD NITE ticket only Admission to GRAD NITE FREE GRAD NITE Souvenir (received at park) Unlimited access to Top Rides, Attractions, Entertainment, & Dance Areas FREE Hurricane Harbor ticket* (visit restrictions apply) 2. GRAD NITE Early Admission/Dinner Package (BEST VALUE!) Access to GRAD NITE Early Admission/Dinner Early access to Top Rides & Attractions, Entertainment, & Dance Areas ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Buffet Meal FREE GRAD NITE Souvenir FREE Hurricane Harbor ticket* (visit restrictions apply) (Six Flags reserves the right to change add or eliminate coasters due to weather, or other circumstances) To keep crowds to a minimum and ensure the best experience possible, tickets are limited and are on a first come first serve basis. Ticket reorders are also limited and must be submitted at a minimum of one (1) week before visit date. Reorders the week of are not permitted. If your school qualifies for our consignment program (100 tickets or more sold) all unused tickets must be returned and final payment must be made at your Grad Nite event in the chaperone area or within 10 business days following your outing. All other orders are prepaid and final; prepaid GRAD NITE tickets may not be returned. Please note that there are different tickets for chaperones and students. Make sure that these tickets are kept separate and given to the correct people. Students will not be admitted if they possess the wrong type of ticket. Please verify all orders to ensure that you have received the correct amount of tickets. If there is a discrepancy in your ticket order it is your responsibility to notify Six Flags within 5 business days of receiving your ticket order. Failure to do so within this timeframe forfeits any liability on Six Flags behalf.
3 CHAPERONES All schools will be given 1 complimentary chaperone ticket per 10 paid students. This includes any tickets purchased for the GRAD NITE Early Admission/Dinner package. These tickets will be clearly marked as chaperone tickets and must only be used for chaperones. All chaperone tickets are mailed with your GRAD NITE student ticket order. All chaperones must be at least 24 years of age and carry a valid form of identification. Chaperones, just like students, must adhere to all GRAD NITE rules and regulations. If you have approved a chaperone to attend that is under 24 years of age, please fill out and submit the special exceptions form at the end of this packet or contact your Six Flags sales representative for details. The Main Contact from each School must check in to the chaperone center immediately following admission to Event. (Main Contact is listed on Chaperone Contact Form which is due two weeks prior to event.) School is required to confirm that the chaperone names and contact numbers are correct and submit any changes to the list. In the event that contact must be made with Chaperones, we request that all Chaperones be accessible throughout the event. will provide a chaperone center for all chaperones participating in GRAD NITE. This center will be located at the Full Throttle Sports Lounge near Bugs Bunny World. Six Flags will use this center to communicate with all schools in case of an emergency or any other incident occurring during GRAD NITE. Chaperones must wear wristbands at all times. These wristbands will be issued with your ticket order and will allow you access to the chaperone center. Chaperones are responsible for all students and guests regardless of their age. Six Flags understands that many chaperones go out of their way to help on this night. In an effort to show our appreciation, identified Chaperone areas ONLY will provide movies, meals, and refreshments at no charge. All chaperones participating in GRAD NITE must have knowledge of the rules and regulations and be aware that they are responsible for all students participating from their school.
4 RULES & REGULATIONS In addition to the Park Policies already in place at, the following rules and regulations apply during GRAD NITE: Absolutely NO Alcohol, Drugs, or Weapons of any kind are permitted. Six Flags is a SMOKE FREE Park and will not tolerate smoking in the park on GRAD NITE. If chaperones would like to smoke they must exit the park. Only buses or chaperone driven vehicles will be permitted to park. Absolutely NO student driven vehicles will be permitted. No student or guest of a student will be permitted to leave Grad Nite prior to park closing, unless accompanied by a chaperone. All prescription medication must be carried by a chaperone at all times unless a special exception has been approved prior to the event. Asthma Inhalers are an exception to this rule and may be carried by students. The Main Contact from Each School must check in to the chaperone center immediately following admission to Event. ALL Vehicles attending the GRAD NITE Early Admission/Dinner package should arrive no earlier than 8:00pm and Vehicles attending GRAD NITE only, should arrive no earlier than 10:30pm. ALL students and guests are required to adhere to the Dress Code provided or entrance to GRAD NITE may not be permitted. No outside food, drink, coolers or other food containers are permitted. All rules and regulations must be strictly adhered to and it is the schools responsibility to address all issues prior to attending Grad Nite. Any Grad Nite attendee who fails to comply with these rules and regulations will be confined to a designated area and/or be asked to leave. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the above rules and regulations please contact Six Flags sales representative.
5 DRESS CODE It is the school s responsibility to ensure all participants are dressed appropriately prior to arriving at Grad Nite. The dress code for Grad Nite at applies to all participants including students, guests and Chaperones. Anyone not adhering to the event dress code may have delayed entry into the park and may not be granted admission without finding alternate clothing. Any student or guest not permitted because of dress code must remain accompanied by a chaperone until a resolution has been found. Student & Chaperone Dress Code Requirements Gentlemen are required wear a collared shirt Chaperones/Guests are required to follow dress code guidelines Chaperones may bring in laptops/ipads & backpacks (emergency contacts, medical forms, etc.) (Dress to Impress! If it s not listed below, you may wear it!) Six Flags recommends nice tops/collared shirts, nice jeans/pants, and comfortable shoes GENTLEMEN LADIES Collared shirt REQUIRED (Polo, button up, flannel, etc.) 1. NO shorts of any kind 1. NO shorts/dresses/skirts of any kind 2. NO Crop/tank tops (revealing clothing, incl. bathing suits/see-through clothing, etc.) NO school/sport team (college or pro)/club affiliated clothing of any kind (Letterman jackets, clothing with school logos, etc.) NO hats, beanies, or bandana s NO clothing in poor condition (incl. torn jeans/shirts, clothing w/ spikes, sharp studs, chains, etc.) NO large/oversized bags of any kind Remember: It is ultimately the school s responsibility to ensure that ALL students, guests, and Chaperones adhere to the Grad Nite dress code. Six Flags Security has the right to refuse admission to anyone they deem not appropriately dressed for the event. If there are questions about these guidelines, please contact your Six Flags sales representative.
6 PAYMENT/ TICKET RETURN INFO Consignment Tickets (Groups over 100) All tickets issued on consignment must be returned and paid for at your Grad Nite event in the chaperone area or within 10 days following your Grad Nite event. All payments can be made by one check. CREDIT CARDS, CASH, PERSONAL OR MULTIPLE CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT. Advance Purchase/Non-Consignment (Groups under 100) All advance purchase, non-consignment tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Advance Purchase ticket orders must be made at least 30 days in advance. Dinner/ Dance package orders are limited and large ticket reorders may not be available after initial order. GENERAL INFORMATION Illnesses/ First Aid: In the instance a student becomes ill a chaperone will be notified and be directed to the First Aid Station located next to DC Universe. If an illness is considered major and the student needs to go to a hospital a chaperone will be required to accompany them to the hospital as well as contact their parents/guardians. Students with Special Needs: Please complete the Special Exceptions form for any student requiring assistance. Wheelchairs are available for rent. Wheelchair rentals are located behind the Guest Relations building in Six Flags Plaza. Special Exceptions: Completed Special Exceptions Form must be submitted one week prior to date of event.
7 SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS FORM If you have any exceptions to the Grad Nite Rules and Regulations, please complete this form and fax it to the Six Flags Group Sales Office at (661) All exceptions must be received no less than 7 days prior to your Grad Nite visit. GRAD NITE CHAPERONE CONTACT FORM Please complete and return this form accordingly, two weeks prior to your visit date, and fax it to (1 form per school required) As it is park policy, we are requiring that you submit this form listing all chaperones that will be in attendance as a safety procedure. The chaperones listed MUST have their cell phones available throughout the night. Note: Chaperones are not restricted to the chaperone area, however, we encourage them to be out in the park and enjoy the night with your seniors.
