16 Focus on customer productivity In industrial operations, the cost of running the operation, e.g. for labour, raw material, equipment etc, is increasing at a faster rate than the price of the goods that are sold Sandvik aims to bridge this productivity gap for its customers by continuously increasing efficiency to achieve higher productivity.
