3 Each Day Brims with Possibilities! Early morning Welcome the dawn with sunrise meditation on the beach followed by tai chi or yoga. Midmorning Rejuvenate with the Functional Fitness Program, the core of Women s Wellness Week. This daily regimen includes three components that the American Council on Exercise recommends for overall fitness: 1. Cardio conditioning to increase your metabolism and strengthen your heart 2. Muscle toning and core conditioning to tone and strengthen your muscles as well as maintain and build bone density 3. Flexibility and balance training through classical yoga movements and poses that stretch and relax your muscles, making you more limber yet steady No matter your fitness level or skill, you will benefit from the Functional Fitness Program. Our teaching method provides personal attention for: Beginners, who are new to exercise or recovering from surgery, injury or illness Intermediate participants, who exercise occasionally and have some experience with a fitness program Advanced participants, who exercise regularly Afternoon You ll have plenty of free time to enjoy all the delights of this tropical paradise. Personalize your experience with additional classes in water fitness and memoir writing. Venture out on a naturalist-led kayaking excursion. Participate in our tennis event or sunset tai chi class. Single Room: $2,590 per person Double Room: $2,110 per person (Optional activities, including kayaking, facials, massages, nail treatments and Reiki treatments, are priced separately.) In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Women s Wellness Week program, I agree I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participation in the program, and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Tween Waters Inn, Cleveland Clinic, Dympna Ferrante and any individual employed by or otherwise associated with the program. 4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Women s Wellness Week program, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against the Tween Waters Inn, Cleveland Clinic, Dympna Ferrante, and any individual employed by or otherwise associated with this program. 5.
