To learn more and to fill out an application, visit $250 Sign on Bonus 30 Days after Graduating from Class REQUIREMENTS At least 22 years of age at time of hire and have had a license for at least four years. A valid Washington Drivers License (CDL is not required). Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs to include carrying up and down stairs. (Applicant will be required to demonstrate this ability at time of interview. If you wear heals to the interview, also bring with you a comfortable pair of shoes.) Must pass a Department of Transportation physical exam. Must pass a drug test at hire, which will include random testing throughout your employment. Shuttle Express is a drug-free company. Criminal Background check is completed on all drivers. Must be able to pass all aspects of Shuttle Express Training. At a minimum, you must bring at least a 3-year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to the interview. You can get one from any office which issues driver licenses, or you can obtain one on line from their website ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Full and Part time shifts available. Our drivers normally work (4) 10-hour shifts with 3 days off. New drivers coming out of class can expect to make between $10 to $12 per hour including gratuities. Drivers who have their CDL with either P1 or P2 endorsement start out at $15 per hour when driving buses. We have 4 days of paid class room training Monday through Thursday. After the 4 days in class, new drivers will have 2 days on the road training with one of our trainers. Available Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Vacation /Sick time, 401k retirement plan Drivers have set schedules but off times will vary depending on airline flight schedules, and drivers may be asked to switch shifts or adjust hours due to business necessity.
