Westbrook, Executive DATE: October 12, 2012 SUBJECT: Newly Elected Sheriffs Dinner and Exhibits The Sheriffs Association of Texas (SAT) will conduct a forty (40) hour training seminar for all newly elected Sheriffs who will begin their tenure in office on January 1, There will be approximately 70 newly elected sheriffs with their new chief deputies along with several other current sheriffs from all across the state for a total of about 150 agency decision-makers in attendance. We will be hosting a dinner and exhibit show at the Travis County Exposition Center Banquet Hall, located off Hwy 290 east here in Austin from 6:30 p.m. to 9: 30 p.m. on Thursday, December 13 th. There will be limited space and booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Your cost for the booth space will be $350.00; this includes a 6 x 8 booth, name sign, table and two chairs. Also included is a sit-down steak dinner with the attendees, as well as complimentary beverages & cocktails throughout the evening. There is no electricity or phone lines available and no space for motor vehicles. We are inviting you to attend this function with your goods and services. It will be a grand opportunity for you to meet the new sheriffs, their employees and a host of other persons from several states agencies; who work directly with the Sheriffs. We plan for more than 250 attendees at this function. We look forward to having you at our New Elected Sheriffs Dinner and Exhibits.
