3 Detailed program You will have the chance to enjoy Pilates and Yoga sessions with both Michael and Nicole on most days. Dawn welcomes you with a magnificent sunrise flooding into the valley and a wake up Power Walk for the early birds. Then it is time to refuel with a delicious smoothie bursting with nutrients, before your invigorating and energising morning classes. Late afternoon classes will give you the opportunity to use up that final burst of energy followed by a last dip in the infinity pool or maybe a massage, then it is time to indulge in a well-earned dinner.

Each day will offer you a chance to fully enjoy the surrounding nature and beauty of this island, with an array of activities carefully interwoven into your week to allow you spend your time with complete ease. We will visit the local market at St Joan and explore the endless paths leading directly from the property to forests, groves, beaches, through orange and lemon tree plantations and learning about the natural fruits, seeds and plants that nature unconditionally offers on this plentiful island. For animal lovers, there will be a chance for you to ride through the valley on horse back, kayak the crystal blue waters, exploring hidden coves and caves and wander the old town of Eivissa enjoying a typical dinner in a local Ibizan restaurant.

6 About Nicole Gibbard Nicole was born and raised in England, spending her earlier years growing up with horses and other animals and enjoying many different sports as a child. Having lived in Luxembourg and Switzerland, she also speaks French and German. Her love for nature and being outdoors has fuelled her passion for hiking, cycling, snowboarding, horse riding, kayaking, swimming, camping and any opportunity for adventure. Her big focus and passion for yoga has led her to offer yoga personal training, workshops and run retreats and fitness holidays in various locations around the globe. Nicole delights in reminding people of the basic essentials of living, leading them deeper into joy, happiness and a new lease of life. The Top Hill Yoga+ retreats combine various on the mat programs which connect to the mind and physical body, with off the mat activities in nature, with animals, and always a little adventure! This unforgettable week will really offer people the thrill and excitement of discovering themselves spiritually, physically and mentally in the most complete way during their unique holiday experience.

7 About Michael King Michael has been working with the Pilates technique for over years. He originally worked with the technique as a dancer at the London School of Contemporary Dance. In he opened his own studio, Body Control, in connection with the newly formed Pineapple Dance Studios in Covent Garden London.Two years later he was offered a position in Texas managing the Pilates studio at the Houston Ballet Company where he stayed until. During this time sponsored by the Houston Ballet Michael travelled across the USA visiting and training at studios. In New York with Carla Trier and with Romana Kryzanowska at the original Pilates Studio in New York. Michael also worked in the Voight Centre in LA for five years teaching fitness programs as as well as at many other Pilates Studios including Winsor Pilates in Los Angeles. He moved back to Europe in where following a two year contract in Switzerland he returned to London. Michael was the founder and Director of the Pilates Institute UK until and has since been running his own training school Michael King Pilates. Michael 's reputation as a renowned presenter both in Fitness and Pilates has been established since. His training programs are now taught in over countries worldwide and has been instrumental in the development of national and international standards in recent years.
