1 GLORY New Testament For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the GLORY, for ever. Amen. Matthew 6:13b For the Son of man shall come in the GLORY of His Father with His angels; and then He shall reward every man according to his works. Matthew 16:27 The Son of man shall sit in the throne of His GLORY. Matthew 19:28a They shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and GLORY. Matthew 24:30b When the Son of man shall come in His GLORY, and all the holy angels with Him, then shall He sit upon the throne of His GLORY. Matthew 25:31 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when He cometh in the GLORY of His Father with the holy angels. Mark 8:38 They (James & John, sons of Zebedee) said unto Him (Jesus), Grant unto us that we may sit, one of thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy GLORY. But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask. Mark 10:37,38a And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and GLORY. And then shall He send His angels, and shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven. Mark 13:26,27 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night, and, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the GLORY of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all

2 people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:8-11 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, GLORY to God in the highest and on earth peace, good will toward men. Luke 2:13,14 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when He shall come in His own GLORY, and in His Father s and of the holy angels. Luke 9:26 And as He (Jesus) prayed, the fashion of His countenance was altered, and His raiment was white and glistening. And behold, there talked with Him two men, which were Moses and Elijah. Who appeared in GLORY and spake of His decease which He should accomplish at Jerusalem. Luke 9:29-31 But Peter and they that were with Him (Jesus) were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they say His GLORY, and the two men that stood with Him. Luke 9:32 Give GLORY to God. Luke 17:18b The whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen; Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and GLORY in the highest. Luke 19:37b-38 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great GLORY. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads, for your redemption draweth nigh. Luke 21:27,28 Then He (Jesus) said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into His GLORY? And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, He expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning Himself. Luke 24:25-27 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His GLORY, the GLORY as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth. John 1:14

3 The beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth His GLORY; and His disciples believed on Him. John 2:11 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but His that sent me. If any man will do His will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God or whether I speak of myself. He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own GLORY: but he that seeketh His GLORY that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him. John 7:16-18 And I (Jesus) seek not mine own GLORY: there is one that seeketh and judgeth. Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death. John 8:50,51 When Jesus heard that, He said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the GLORY of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. John 11:4 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldst believe, thou shouldest see the GLORY of God? John 11:40 (Jesus) I have glorified thee on the earth. I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the GLORY which I had with thee before the world was. John 17:4,5 And the GLORY which thou gavest me (Jesus) I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one. John 17:22 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my GLORY, which thou hast given me: for thou lovest me before the foundation of the world. John 17:24 But he (Stephen) being full of the Holy Ghost, look up steadfastly into heaven, and saw the GLORY of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God. Acts 7:55 For all have sinned, and come short of the GLORY of God. Romans 3:23

4 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the GLORY of God. Romans 5:1,2 We GLORY in tribulation also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: and hope maketh not ashamed, because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. Romans 5:3b-5 Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the GLORY of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of His death, we shall be also in the likeness of His resurrection. Romans 6:4,5 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the GLORY which shall be revealed in us. Romans 8:18 To God only wise, be GLORY through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. Romans 16:27 He that glorieth, let him GLORY in the Lord. I Corinthians 1:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the GLORY of God. I Corinthians 10:31 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the GLORY of the Lord, are changed into the same image form GLORY to GLORY, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. II Corinthians 3:18 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the GLORY of God in the face of Jesus Christ. II Corinthians 4:6 They are the messengers of the churches, and the GLORY of Christ. II Corinthians 8:23b But he that glorieth, let him GLORY in the Lord. II Corinthians 10:17 And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather GLORY in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

5 II Corinthians 12:9 But God forbid that I should GLORY, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. Galatians 6:14 Ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchases possession, unto the praise of his GLORY. Ephesians 1:13b-14 The God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of GLORY, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. Ephesians 1:17 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the GLORY of his inheritance in the saints. Ephesians 1:18 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that he would grant you, according to the riches of his GLORY, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man. Ephesians 3:14-16 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the GLORY and praise of God. Philippians 1:11 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the GLORY of God the Father. Philippians 2:10,11 But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in GLORY by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 Now unto God and our Father be GLORY for ever and every. Amen. Philippians 4:20 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the GLORY of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of GLORY. Colossians 1:27 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with Him in GLORY. Colossians 3:4

6 That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto His kingdom in GLORY. I Thessalonians 2:12 But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of truth: Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the GLORY of our Lord Jesus Christ. II Thessalonians 2:13,14 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and GLORY for ever and ever. Amen. I Timothy 1:17 God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into GLORY. I Timothy 3:16b Wherein I (Paul) suffer trouble, as an evildoer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound. Therefore, I endure all things for the elect s sake, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal GLORY. II Timothy 2:9,10 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be GLORY for ever and ever. Amen. II Timothy 4:18 God, who at sundry times and in diverse manners, spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the world; who being the brightness of his GLORY and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. Hebrews 1:1-3 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with GLORY and honor; that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man. Hebrews 2:9 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well-pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be GLORY for ever and ever. Amen. Hebrews 13:20,21

7 Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of GLORY. James 2:1b Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ s sufferings; that when His GLORY shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. I Peter 4:12,13 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of GLORY and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. I Peter 4:14 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of GLORY that fadeth not away. I Peter 5:4 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal GLORY by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. To him be GLORY and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. I Peter 5:10,11 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, according as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to GLORY and virtue. II Peter 1:2,3 For He received from God the Father honor and GLORY, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent GLORY. This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. II Peter 1:17 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be GLORY both now and for ever. Amen. II Peter 3:18 Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his GLORY with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Savior, be GLORY and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. Jude 24,25 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive GLORY and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. Revelation 4:11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: And the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and

8 thousands and thousands; saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and GLORY, and blessing. Revelation 5:11,12 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessings, and honor, and GLORY, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and and ever. Revelation 5:13 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshiped God, saying, Amen: Blessing, and GLORY, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and might be unto one God for ever and ever. Amen. Revelation 7:11,12 Fear God, and give GLORY to Him; for the hour of His judgment is come: and worship Him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. Revelation 14:7b And the temple was filled with smoke from the GLORY of God. Revelation 15:8a And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and GLORY, and honor, and power, unto the Lord our God: for true and righteous are his judgments. Revelation 19:1,2a And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, Having the GLORY of God: and his light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. Revelation 21:10,11 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the GLORY of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their GLORY and honor in it. Revelation 21:22-24
