1 3 CUT-OFF WHEELS These ACE Viper Cutoff wheels are American made, double reinforced and are hot pressed to the highest PSI tolerances. They have a 25,000 RPM rating and meet all of ANSI Standards B7.1, which is the American National Standards Institutes safety regulations concerning cut-off wheels. They are available in either 1/16 or 1/32 thickness and have the 3/8 arbor hole which is the most common of the small cut-off wheels. 3 RAPIDO CUT OFF WHEELS BOSCH RAPIDO wheels are the real thing; ultra thin cutting wheels with a.040 thickness for cutting, grinding, and blending all stainless and nonferrous metals. Thinner wheels provide up to 50% less cutting time, with less force required, and they are vibration free. When you use these wheels, there s no thermal bluing or burring so there s no re-work. 11 CONCRETE & ASPHALT CUTOFF WHEELS These are double reinforced cutoff wheels that are specifically designed for cutting either asphalt or concrete. 18 ALUMINUM OXIDE RESIN FIBER DISCS These are fiber sanding discs that are often refered to in body shops as painbusters. They re used on air and electric angle grinders with the rubber backing pad. 20 BLUE ZIRCONIA RESIN FIBER DISCS Zirconium is the type of abrasive grain that is bonded to the disc. Regular aluminum oxide discs have a tough, blocky shaped grain but, Blue Zirconia sanding discs have a super fine, dense crystalline grain that is used primarily on stainless steel or other high tensile metals. 21 GRINDING CUPS These are standard, type 11, cupped grinding wheels that come in either metal or masonry grades. They are commonly used on all castings, forgings, steel, fabricated sections, and also concrete structures. The metal wheels are a grade A16Q, and the masonry wheels are a grade C16Q. 22 ULTRA ZIRCONIA FLAP DISCS (U.S.MADE) Ultra discs are well established in Europe, and have begun to replace regular grinding wheels here in the U.S. These are flap discs, wheels that have layered flaps of overlapping grit all around the disc. By layering, the used grit always is replaced by the newly exposed grit surface so they out last grinding wheels 20 to 1 and give you finishing capabilities better than resin fiber discs. This technology is perfect for heavy grinding, but also for light touch up and blending, without changing wheels. One disc now does the whole job; rough grinding to smooth finishing in one step. You don t need to change to a resin fiber sanding disc to finish the job and, the fiberglass backing is non-marring to the work surface so these are ideal for grinding and finishing weld beads on carbon and stainless steel. These discs are made with zirconium, which can be used on most metals, and light work in plastic, fiberglass and wood. They come either in a flat wheel (type 27 - best for miter joints, corners, edges, and finishing ornate surfaces) or a beveled wheel with increased contact area (type 29 - best for large flat surfaces and complex work shapes with minimal gouging), and the best choice when doing production jobs to reduce operator fatigue. 27 NEIKO PRO FLAP DISCS Finally! Heavy duty, tough working, yet affordable flap discs! These flap discs come to us from Neiko Pro USA and will outlast the regular grinding wheels 20 to 1 in all applications from rough grinding to smooth finishing. As opposed to grinding wheels, which only have one layer of grit, these discs are overlapping layers of grit, so as the old abrasive is worn away it is instantly replaced with newer grit.
