She had been sailed from the Baltic without any fitted instruments other than the yard installed Silva compass! During the course of her life with us, we have had professionally installed Radar (2000). New intruments (2002), New 2 blade folding Volvo propeller (2005), Profurl in boom reefing and electric winch to hoist and lower new Hyde mainsail (2005), New Volvo D-130 engine and sail drive (2007- only 190 hours), 4 new batteries (2007), and new DSC radio (2009), New Sanders Genoa (2012). 5 The Arimar life raft (kept in garage at home every winter), is serviced until A Dinghy and 2hp Honda outboard is included in the sale in addition to crockery and cutlery which can be seen on board. 2 Life jackets. At home (in garage),we also have the original boom, spinnaker pole, Mainsail for original boom, Spinnaker and spare Genoa. Fehmarn was epoxied by Casse Tete at Hamble Point in 2008 and surveyed about 2 years ago for insurance purposes. The survey report is available. Due to family illness, Fehmarn has only been lightly used since purchase and the extent of her cruises has been once to St Vaast and Weymouth to the West and Chichester Harbour to the East. She has been berthed at Mercury Yacht Harbour for 15 years and been looked after mainly by Hamble Yacht Care of the same Marina. Fehmarn has been lifted and stored at Hamble Point every winter since purchased. She has proved to be a wonderful boat to sail and is being reluctantly sold only because of ageing owners and lack of use for the reasons stated above. Comments FEHMARN was supplied to her current owner in 1999 she was then a well maintained, lightly used Baltic cruiser. In her new ownership the cruising ground has changed but the maintenance regime has continued. Being sold with a very full inventory, she needs no more than crew adding and with the minimum of recommissioning she could be a turnkey sailaway.
