Christmas and New Year s Menus at The Venetian Macao Portofino: Christmas décor, festive music and seasonal cheer await guests at special wine pairing dinners on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year s Eve at this fine Italian restaurant. The five-course Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner menus both cost MOP 788 * per person or MOP 988 * per person (with wine pairing). The Christmas Eve menu includes poached Boston lobster, fennel salad and orange emulsion coulis as the appetizer, and pan roasted Pacific grouper with multicoloured beets, sunchokes and lemon butter sauce as the main course; while the Christmas Day menu features poached shrimps with golden beet salad and watercress as the appetizer; and grilled beef tenderloin and braised oxtail in Madeira sauce with gnocchi a la Romano as the main course. There is also a six-course wine pairing menu available on New Year s Eve that costs MOP 888 * per person or MOP 1,088 * per person (with wine pairing).
