The Early Bird Registration is available before Friday, June 15, The registration fee includes training materials and morning and afternoon breaks, Exhibitors Reception and Banquet. Morosco, SPHM, PHM, CMH, CMM, COS, CIE. 20 years of experience in the housing field in both public and private sectors. UPCS certified since the program began in 1998, Mr. Morosco has performed over 1800 REAC inspections. He has also trained over 100 UPCS classes. **Managing Maintenance Certification Training --- A 2 day certification class that focuses on the wide ranging demands of public housing maintenance. This program covers different maintenance systems and their needs, dealing with residents, prioritizing work, tracking work, the work order system, charging for repairs and required reporting. UPCS and REAC in Asset Management Age --- A 1/2 day session focussing on the changes proposed and to come starting this fall. (This one is no charges.)

Substitutions are encouraged. (2) If a program is cancelled for any reason, the Georgia Center will not be responsible for any cancellation changes/charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
