Other appointment dates and times may also be available. - Documents: Application/registration form and proof of household income - Grocery store vouchers are given to assist with Christmas food

Drop off gifts at St. Paul's Episcopal Church 502 County Road UU 10 am - 7 pm Monday, December 7 - Tuesday, December 8, All gifts should be in large dark plastic garbage bags and marked with the family number the sponsor received. Sponsors should also consider providing a few appropriate underwear and socks for the children they are sponsoring. Wrapping paper should be included with the gifts, but the gifts should not be wrapped. - Documents: Application/registration form. Recipients of gifts must bring a current piece of mail addressed to their family and picture ID when picking up gifts. - Provides Christmas gifts for children. Sponsors are matched with a family which purchases gifts for them based on information provided by Operation H.E.L.P. Families registering to receive toys should walk in for an application at one of the following organizations: 1. Salvation Army - St. Croix County. 2. Families may register to receive gifts from sponsors including toys for each child. Meals can be delivered to individual's home or picked up at Bethel Highlands Campus 504 Frontage Road. - Provides all uncooked ingredients to prepare a holiday meal which are delivered to an individual's home or picked up.
