The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) General Regulations form part of the conditions of entry. General Regulations are available at or by contacting Competition Administration on Ph: (03) In the event of any inconsistency between the General Regulations and these conditions, the General Regulations shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency unless the General Regulations provide otherwise The appropriate entry fee as set out in this Schedule shall be forwarded with each entry to: Mr J. ENTRY FEES 1 4 Rabbits - $16 (minimum entry fee) 1 Entry pass maximum to showgrounds each Rabbit thereafter $ entry passes(maximum) to Showgrounds Please note the minimum entry fee is $16. JUDGING MONDAY 1 ST OCTOBER 2012 JUDGING STARTS 9AM SHARP VETTING STARTS 7AM 103. Bedding will NOT be provided by the RBAV or RASV, however, Angoras may be bedded on towelling or other material provided by the Exhibitor Green food must not be fed to rabbits within 24 hours before the day on which they are shown Exhibiting will be on Monday October 1st in the Advance Dog Pavilion. The Pavilion is open from 9.30 am to 7.00 pm to the General Public The age of the rabbit is to be calculated as at the day of judging. PENNING ARRANGEMENTS 107. All Rabbits are to be benched by 8.30 am on the day of exhibit and must not be removed from pens prior to 6.00 pm without the permission of the RASV Exhibits shall be judged to British Standards No rabbit that, in the opinion of the RBAV or RASV representative, is suffering from any disease will be allowed to be exhibited. Any decision or determination in this regard is final and shall not be challenged or called into question in any proceedings or in any manner whatsoever. ADMISSION TO SHOWGROUNDS 110. Exhibitors will be issued with passes to facilitate access on Monday 1 st October Passes are not valid for any other day of the Royal Melbourne Show. On presentation of the pass, entry of Exhibitors, together with their exhibits, will be without charge. This applies only to Exhibitors. THIS DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR AUTOMATIC FREE PARKING Exhibitors will have restricted vehicle access to the Pavilion area between 7.00 am and 8.30 am in order to bench exhibit(s). Vehicles MUST be clear of the Showgrounds by 8:30 am. There will be no privileged parking in the Steward s Car Park. Parking is NOT permitted in the Showgrounds Vehicles CAN NOT access the grounds to collect exhibits at the end of the day. NOTICES 113. Signs showing the stud name, address and phone number may be displayed on cages after judging has been completed. The size of the sign shall not exceed 37.5cm x 10cm "For Sale" signs are not allowed. The sale of exhibits is prohibited.

2 115. No advertisement or notice (except by permission of the Society) is permitted on or in any cage, stall or building. INSPECTION OF STOCK 116. All Rabbits shall be inspected before being placed in its cage. Exhibitors in this Section shall, if requested by RBAV or the RASV submit his exhibits, in whole or part, for inspection by a Veterinarian or Veterinarians appointed by the RASV. DISQUALIFICATION 117. Rabbits that, in the opinion of the RASV have been tampered with or improperly dealt with in any way shall be disqualified and entry fees paid shall be forfeited. The Exhibitor shall also be liable to disqualification. Any decision or determination made pursuant to this Regulation will be final and shall not be challenged or called into question in any proceedings or in any manner whatsoever. There will be no right to be heard on any of these matters. NOTE 118. Only entries with Ring Number or Registration Number shown on the entry form will be entered in Breed Classes Where a Ring or Registration Number is not included rabbits will be entered in an Un-Registered Class.

Minimum age of exhibits - 10 weeks. LEGEND AC = Any Colour AOC = Any Other Colour AV = Any Variety AOV = Any Other Variety AA = Any Age AVAA = Any Variety Any Age Juvenile = A rabbit owned by a child between the ages of 5 and 16 years. Exhibits entered into the appropriate under 5 months & under 14 weeks Breed Classes, will automatically go in the age challenges. Note - Entry fee automatically covers entry into the Challenge Classes as the Judge only selects those Rabbits that are required.
