3 Our Services our services We provide specialist recruitment services to the Construction, Industrial and Commercial market places utilising experienced consultants who are experts in the specific sector they serve. We offer a complete human resource solution, ranging from temporary labour to permanent senior management, to a wide range of national main contractors and blue chip companies as well as working with regional contractors, sub contractors and sole traders. Our recruitment process involves the in depth vetting of candidates with all of the relevant governing bodies and the referencing with previous employers covering a minimum duration of two years prior employment history where applicable. We are ISO9001 accredited which ensures a consistent level of service to our client and candidate base. Above all the service that we offer is thorough, honest and cost effective. We endeavour to ensure that everyone associated with the company is safe when working with us. In order to try and facilitate this we undertake the following top level steps: We have retained specialist H&S consultants. A robust and comprehensive Safety Management System is in place. Health & Safety Policy which is regularly reviewed and understood by everyone A formally documented and understood accident / incident reporting system is in place. H&S briefing information is sent to every operative and contractor at the start of assignments. Health questionnaires are sent to all candidates prior to them starting work. CHAS Accreditation which ensures our SMS is regularly reviewed against best practice by and external audit function. Construction Specific
5 Construction Specific construction specific One of our priorities with our candidates is to assist them in their training & development, with important emphasis being placed on H&S training, which is why we took the decision in 2007 to set up a CSCS Testing centre within our offices. This enables our candidates to sit a variety of Construction Skills Certificate Scheme Tests and apply for the relevant cards to prove their qualifications, more recently we have partnered with a Training assessor to be able to delivery One day Site Safety Plus Health and Safety Awareness Courses and QCF Levels 1-7 in Construction.
