2 GENERAL NOTES TO CONTRACTORS Please read the following notes carefully prior to completion of the documents. Alba reserves the right to require the Contractor to produce evidence in support of all details entered hereunder. The details entered hereunder, will be considered confidential. However, Alba reserves the right to consult referees, clients or consultants, as entered in the Prequalification Document. Completion of this prequalification Information by the Contractor shall not constitute an offer from Alba to the Contractor to carry out Construction Works, or a promise to enter into Contract(s) with the Contractor, nor will it obligate Alba in any way as to the final decision.
