The resort s Bass Room provides flexibility and privacy for intimate weddings. These function rooms can accommodate relaxed, stylish cocktail receptions and sit-down dinners, or the Bass Rooms can be combined for larger celebrations of 180 guests cocktail style or 100 guests banquet style with a dance floor. The pillarless, air-conditioned venue can be divided into two smaller rooms or combined for larger functions. Equipped with quality facilities, the Bass Rooms can cater for an array of function styles. Ramada Phillip Island is set on sprawling, beautifullymanicured grounds that offer a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere and there s ample space for a marquee holding up to 300 guests. Tailored to your individual tastes and dietary requirements, our wedding menus showcase the fresh produce and exquisite flavours of coastal Victoria. A minimum of 25 guests is required for wedding packages. 6 menu tasting Menu tasting can be arranged with your wedding coordinator and our chef. This takes place six to eight weeks prior to the wedding. The usual duration for a menu tasting is one to one-and-a-half hours. This is complimentary for the bride and groom and includes: Selection of three items from each course Sample of the wedding beverage package menu options Band/Supplier Meals $25 per person Main course from chosen package and soft drink. Children s Meals $15 per person Two-course tailor made children s menu and soft drink for children aged five to 12 years old. Children under five years are free. 6

7 accommodation Ramada Resort Phillip Island offers three styles of accommodation including studio rooms, two and three-bedroom cottages. All accommodation options are in a private and natural setting, surrounded by native gardens. Cottages and studios feature full kitchen facilities with modern European appliances, outdoor deck, flat screen television and DVD player, Austar and in-room internet access (charges apply). 8 accommodation STUDIO ROOMS Studio rooms are open plan with a queen-size bed and also feature an in-room spa in the ensuite. There are two easy access studios available with ramp and bathroom facilities. Two-bedroom cottage The self-contained two-bedroom cottages accommodate up to four people and include a separate living room with a flat screen television and Austar, a six-person dining suite, one bathroom with separate toilet, plus washer and dryer. The full kitchen boasts a dishwasher, medium size refrigerator, microwave, oven and tea/coffee making facilities. Cottages also offer a deck with outdoor furniture, heating, ceiling fan, and iron and ironing board. Two-bedroom cottages feature one bathroom with shower only. Three-bedroom cottage The self-contained three-bedroom cottages sleep up to six people and boast a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, medium size refrigerator, microwave, oven and tea/coffee making facilities. Cottages are comfortably designed with a six-person dining suite, living room with a flat screen television and Austar, plus a deck with outdoor furniture. Additional features include one bathroom with shower over bath and one ensuite, a washer and dryer, heating, ceiling fan, and iron and ironing board. 8
