2 To log in to your secure Remote Deposit Capture site, open your web browser and go to: (Add this link to your favorites!) Enter the User Name, Password and Company listed in your login letter. User Name: Temporary Password: Company: XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXX company name After you log in you will be prompted to enter a new password. This password should be eight characters in length and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number. The first time you sign in as a user, the system will prompt you to install the driver for your scanner. Follow the Scanner Installation Instructions provided. When the installation is complete, plug your scanner back in and you re ready to start making deposits. For customer service please call or treasuryservices@communitybankoftx.com. 6/18/2015 1

4 When you are signed in, your Home page will be displayed. 1) Click the Transactions tab at the top of the page. 6/18/2015 3

5 2) From the Transactions screen click Remote Deposit Complete in the left column. 6/18/2015 4

6 3) From the Open Deposits screen click the Create New Deposit button at the bottom of the page. 4) Add the number of checks in your deposit. 5) Total your deposit amount. 6/18/2015 5

7 6) Location: Click the drop-down box and select the account for your deposit. 7) Deposit Name: System generated to identify your deposit. 8) Number of Checks: Enter the number of checks in your deposit. 9) Total Amount: Enter the total amount of your deposit. 10) Click the Create Deposit button at the bottom of the page. 11) Scan your checks when the green light is lit on your scanner. 6/18/2015 6

8 12) From the Deposit View screen, you can click each check to display the image. To delete a scanned check, select the red X, you will be prompted if you want to delete the item with or without adjustment to your deposit total. You can continue scanning or if your deposit is complete, press the Complete Deposit button at the bottom of the page. 6/18/2015 7

9 13) The Open Deposits Summary screen will display the deposit you just scanned. To complete the deposit, click the box to the left of the deposit, then click the Close Deposit button. Your deposit is complete. The next steps will be to verify that your deposit was scanned properly. The deposit is sent to CommunityBank of Texas processing center for verification. 6/18/2015 8

10 Verification Steps: 1) When the deposit is complete, an will be sent to your address notifying you of the status of your deposit: Alerting Service - Remote Deposit Notification Your remote deposit in the amount of $49.00 has been received and successfully processed. For additional information or if you have questions about this deposit, please follow these steps: 1. Sign-on to your online account and select the Report tab 2. Select the Deposit Results link 3. Click Get Deposits 4. Locate the Deposit created on 4/24/2009 7:49:02 AM in the amount of $ Click the View link to view the individual items in the deposit Please understand that we cannot respond to individual messages through this address. 11 2) You can also go back to your Home page where your Approved deposit will show up by the Approved link on your Home page. 6/18/

12 3) Click on the Approved link to display your deposit details. 4) Click the blue Print Report button to create a report of your deposit. The report will list every item and total scanned and processed. 5) You can also click the Reports link at the top of the page. At the top of the Reports page select the Deposit Results report to monitor the status of your deposit. 6/18/
